Panel failure

After 4 years the pixels went out on the panel and in spite of re-booting I am not able to get them to reappear.

Worked fine only 4 days

The drawer open mechanism stopped working on day five after installation very disappointed

Sharp tech team

Microwave was making a noise. I chat GPT’d it and it told me I was out of warranty but told me about Sharp’s service program. Called Sharp they asked to send a video of the noise and for $400 they sent a service person with the part and fixed the microwave. It was easy and painless

A Beautiful Looking Appliance

We had no idea how much we would end up loving our new drawer microwave! Out of the way, yet readily accessible. Moving hot dishes in and out are a breeze, and the vertically challenged people in our family love it!

Great Microwave

I was a little hesitant about the microwave drawer concept, but it's been fantastic. The controls are very straightforward and the microwave heats evenly. It makes for a streamlined panel of appliances without taking up any counter space. Love the sleek look and functionality.

Great microwave with New Age look

We placed the microwave below our counter in the island. Based on the operation of the unit, it works perfectly. The drawer pulls out allowing us to simply place items in for heating. I like the fact that it doesn't look like a regular microwave. Our friends have commented on the new look. Nice change!

21st Century Remodel

We decided to remodel our 30 year-old kitchen last year. We needed a hood vent over the stove where the old microwave oven was, but that created a problem--where were we going to put a microwave?? I'm new to drawer microwaves, but I'll never go back! This microwave is super easy and comfortable to use. The temperature sensor is excellent, and cooking is reliable. I'd buy the exact same product again and have recommended it to others.
