Great Microwave

I was a little hesitant about the microwave drawer concept, but it's been fantastic. The controls are very straightforward and the microwave heats evenly. It makes for a streamlined panel of appliances without taking up any counter space. Love the sleek look and functionality.

Great microwave with New Age look

We placed the microwave below our counter in the island. Based on the operation of the unit, it works perfectly. The drawer pulls out allowing us to simply place items in for heating. I like the fact that it doesn't look like a regular microwave. Our friends have commented on the new look. Nice change!

21st Century Remodel

We decided to remodel our 30 year-old kitchen last year. We needed a hood vent over the stove where the old microwave oven was, but that created a problem--where were we going to put a microwave?? Wonderful Microwave

I'm new to drawer microwaves, but I'll never go back! This microwave is super easy and comfortable to use. The temperature sensor is excellent, and cooking is reliable. I'd buy the exact same product again and have recommended it to others.

Easy to use with so many options

I excellent microwave drawer with so many heating and cooking options. Love the wave motion sensor. Also love the easy clothes with the bump of a knee. Super convenient

This product does it like you would not believe!

Wow. Going from a very reliable standard featured microwave that we had for 33 years to our new microwave is mind blowing. Preparing food has never been so fun. We love the easy open/close microwave drawer and all smart features the microwave offers. It is hard to think that a more efficient or cooler microwave could exist.

I was told Sharp made the best quality microwaves by many. It looks great in our luxury kitchen and functions amazing. I would highly recommend.

Kitchen upgrade

Decided to put the microwave under my cooktop in our kitchen renovation because we were tired of lights blowing, cleaning vents and handles breaking from the heat of the cook-top. Having and undercounter microwave was the best decision we made. There is no reaching over a hot stove, the room inside is so much bigger and the push open control panel is fantastic .

Sold on a drawer mircowave

During our kitchen renovation, I was adamant that I did not want a drawer microwave in my island. We could not come up with another spot that worked so I conceded. I LOVE this microwave! It is easy to operate, easy to clean and I couldn't be happier. It is sleek and modern but you don't even know it is there as it sits flush with my cabinets. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Unrepairable after 1.4 years, Sharp admitted issue

DO NOT buy a Sharp Microwave drawer! After regular use for a little over a year (outside of manufacturer warranty period), my microwave started sparking on the issue when using the melt butter mode only. Sharp admitted it was unrepairable and offered me a few hundred dollars off a new model. The expensive of $3k in microwaves in 2 years is absurd. Would not purchase again and Sharp does NOT stand by their customers.

Poor Quality

I had the last one for over ten years at the time we sold our house. My wife like the flip down concealed look of this display. Told her to go with what we had. She didn't listen. The flip down display broke. We have lived in the house almost two years. Shocked that all of the supports were thin pieces of plastic. Works good but CHEAPLY made. BUY WARRANTY if you must have this one. Surprised and now looking for another brand to replace. Sad they didn't make a built-in product better qua...

Moving Into the Modern Era

We bought this microwave as part of a kitchen re-model. Replaced the over-the-range microwave we had for 30 years so we could install a power vent instead. This is a very convenient option instead of an over-the-range or countertop oven. We've been using it for about 3 months, and so far, we are very happy with it. Had it for a few weeks, I like the drawer feature and hidden control panel. The one big negative is it's so loud. Ridiculous Loud.
