Breeze to install, rock solid once installed

This is probably the best Apple Homekit compatible lock out there. Installation is relatively simple, especially if you're replacing another Schlage lock. Homekit pairing is a bit more difficult than I had hoped, but if you start from Schlage app and go to the "Works with" page, the pairing process is a bit easier. Very easy to install and configure. WiFi connectivity is a vast improvement over the previous versions which used various other connectivity methods and required additional hub (such as Smarthings) and additional management software to manage the PINs.

Seamless with iPhone and Apple Watch.

Good so far just hoping for a long support window

Good functionality, easy setup. I replaced an older Schlage zwave lock (be469 I think?) that no longer works with common smart home hubs or home assistant and Schlage no longer provides updates for. I mention this only as it gave me pause regarding ongoing support for this product but as it relies on wifi (and/or thread) I hope it is properly supported for longer. Work great with Apple Homekey

Works great with Apple Homekit, and Apple Home Key. In order to use Home Kit/ Key you need a HomePod or Apple TV. Check the specs, older Apple devices don’t work.

Solid smart lock working as expected

Solid smart lock working as expected. Continent features allow you to share access with household and friends. The WIFI response is fast. The only thing is it doesn't have a build in camera as Eufy S330 does.

HomeKit requires newer apply tv with threads. I should have done a little more research

Good option

I had the previous version of this product and decided to upgrade for the Home Key feature...putting my old lock on the back door. The keypad is much better - the keys are easier to press. Setup was easy. I took off one star because there's only one key included on a lock at this price point.

I should have bought one sooner

Works great. Using your iPhone to unlock your door by just holding it near the lock is a game changer.

Awesome lock, features, and Apple HomeKey

Have only been using this for a week but so far it is totally awesome. Easy to install and operate. Paired with Apple HomeKit and HomeKey you can unlock by tapping your iphone or Watch. I hear the 4AA batteries will last for 6+ months which seems pretty great as the lock is connected to the network and gives instant feedback on lock/unlock to it's app and Apple Home.

Keypad Stopped Working 30 days after Install

Seems super convenient and looked nice with our new door package. 30 days later, on a cold clear today - the keypad just stopped responding. It is still connected to WiFi; and will work via smartphone - but can't unlock or enter any code / or lock the door from outside without accessing via the app. Totally disappointed.
