I needed to replace the keypad on my door, but I could not find it in a store near my home. I went into my local Lowes Store and met Foxy, who located the item and was able to give it to me for the current sale price. Foxy went above and beyond to have it shipped to my home. Foxy also helped me on another occasion as I had left my Loews credit card at home and needed to purchase some items. Not worth the cost, only pairs with 1 phone.

Purchased the product specifically so I could unlock with my iWatch. Does not work, never worked & I have the Ultra 2 watch. And, others in the family cannot even use their phone to unlock the device, only works with my phone. I had to go and make extra keys because I am afraid the lock will not work as it relies on Wifi and battery power. Paid over $500 complete matching set interior/exterior...not worth the cost, should have stuck with traditional lock with key.

Not Samsung friendly

If you have an Apple phone I imagine it would work. With Google/Samsung you still need to put in a code everytime you want in. Better off with an old school lock.

I love that there are multiple ways to lock and unlock the door. I get an instant message every time the door is locked/unlocked!

Continuously frustrating!

This lock is so frustrating...trouble connecting to the internet 3 feet away, will not connect with iphone...cannot even reset.

Very convenient to use!

I purchased three of these but one wouldn’t let me connect to wifi. I took the lock back to Lowes to exchange for a new one. I initially had all three locks keyed the same and needed to have my new exchanged lock re-keyed also. The assistant manager asked multiple employees if they could re-key my lock. Best Smart Lock of 5 I have owned

The Encode by Schlage is best Smart Lock of 5 I have owned. All of the glitches of the past are missing on this well designed and ideally functioning lock. We actually have 2 of them for an apartment and a home. The first performed above expectations so I bought another. Waited for a couple months to write the review

Schlage smart

The Schlage smart lock works great. The installation was simple with no hiccups. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to upgrade their manual deadbolt.

Wonderful lock

It is a quiet lock!! Works better than my last lock. Has wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Can be locked and unlocked from your phone.

Battery drains very fast

We thought these would be great for apple watch access to our home. I rarely use that function because it's so fussy to work around coats and to line things up just right -- so I usually just key in the access code, which I could be doing on a much cheaper lock. HomeKit app management is useful. The trade-off for the convenience of HomeKit is that these locks go through batteries VERY FAST.
