Good Homekit lock with Thread, Wifi, and Bluetooth

Works as advertised, but expensive. Takes the role of a thread “endpoint” in the thread network. Connection is good.

Smart Lock

Seems to be good quality, but it is a high price. It was easy to install even though the directions weren't real clear. If you want a clear person's name associated with the code you need to add the code from the Schlage app, I added on from HomeKit and it only tells me that HomeKit used the code.

Can’t reach customer service

My lock seems to be defective, i have just had it installed for less than 3 days and the first couple of days it has been disconnecting from wifi and sometimes it randomly completely dies and removing and putting back the battery doesn’t do anything until it randomly turns back on again. I’ve been trying to reach Lowe’s cause I called Schlage and told me to check for a replacement with the seller. the Lowe’s phone number keeps redirecting me to an area where you need a service plan. Works great!

Expensive but works great and super easy to set up. Now I can use my Apple Watch to let me in and tell Alexa to unlock when someone knocks!

The interactive instructions were far more helpful than the paper manual. Highly recommend this beautiful piece of hardware that works great with Apple HomeKit Homekey. Being able to open your door with the Apple Watch is a crazy level of convenience but it’s super nice. Paired with the matching handle, this is a nice to have upgrade for your front door.
