Now light on power ON button by DESIGN!!!

My big complaint is that where I have it installed, there is no direct light falling on the control panel, and because it is kind of a "Black Out" design, I can't see the power on button, which is in a different place than on the matching washing machine! Also, unlike the washer, when you do find the button and press it, it still does not illuminate, but worse than that is that the Start/Pause light does not come on when you power on the dryer with the ON botting (it does on the washer, but like...

Terrible dryer

DO NOT BUY. I had this dryer for 1 year and it has a burning smell that could start a fire. I can’t even use the dryer anymore. It’s so frustrating

Dead on arrival

Dead on arrival. How can a brand new dryer fail on the first day????? Extremely loud grinding noise and currently waiting on my replacement (2 freaking weeks!). Unacceptable.

Dropoff not a installation service

I have only been able to run 2 loads in the dryer so unable to provide real insight on the product review. However I can say installation service by RXO (third party) absolutely ruined any positive I might have on the dryer. The so called installation of my Washer and Dryer included that the delivered with the power cord installed wrong on the dryer and then blamed the voltage error on Samsung and just left and advised me to Customer Care. I spent 3 hours with Customer Care on the first night...

Dryer damp sensor doesn’t work properly.

Day 1 - contacted customer service because dryer never completely dries clothes. Followed their suggestions and troubleshooting steps. Very annoying to have to manually turn off eco mode for every cycle. Several months later, I still have not had a full cycle complete without having to run a manual time cycle to completely dry my clothes. Like the dryer sensor doesn’t detect damp clothes. Love the size and the matching washer is great.

Sleek and beautiful

Having trouble figuring out the best settings for everything, and exactly what the Ai does, but it dries the clothes well - albeit not very quickly. We're just getting to know each other, but I'm confident we'll be longtime friends

Now need to try & see if we can somehow remove the stain or if its just ruined. We also use it mostly on Time Dry function rather than Normal Dry because it tends to not dry the items properly. We also chose an Electric because we had just got solar panels at the beginning of the year, only wish we had...

Hopefully the company can fix this small problem.

Bespoke energy star dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade to a newer model after my old Samsung had to go. Honestly, I miss my old one competed to the new. The AI technology should make it easier but clothes often come out damp. If you use a manual cycle, they come out too dry and difficult to iron. Beware that this model comes with a defect.
