So disappointed!

I bought this product in 11/22 and already the power control board has gone out!!! So disappointed! Thought I was going to be happy with my first Samsung appliance purchase but thoroughly disappointed! I hope Samsung will make it right!

Very Noisy Dryer

Bought this dryer (as part of a combo purchase with the washer) during the labor day 2023 sales events with great expectation; i am testing it today - Sept 10th with a few clothes. I was jolted by the sudden and totally unexpected noise from the "Vent System Test"; no where was it stated in the manual to expect this noise. New energy efficient model

I was still pleased with her bit heating element was going out too frequently and got tired of it. Otherwise, it was still functional. Super fast & Efficient dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dryer for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! It dries so much faster and more efficiently than my old dryer. It has a very large capacity, and can dry my entire Queen bedding set (comforter included) in less than 45 minutes. No other dryer around can do that! 10 outta 10 stars here!

Stackables

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as a stackable & also purchased the control kit to be able to control the dryer from the washer, at first it did not work when they were installed, after a tech was sent out, it was fixed & works well. As for my 4 Star review, some settings on drying like the Normal seem to turn off prior to items being dry, so the best setting to use is the Time Dry to avoid that happening.

Good dryer, but not sure about its "AI Technology"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a decent dryer that does it's job. However, I am not sure with the advertised "AI Technology" that detects the dryness of the clothes and automatically adjust drying time. I sometimes find towels and heavy beddings not being totally dried.

Updated Lemon

Updated: Was able to get a replacement for my first lemon. Hoping for the best that this one keeps running beyond 2 weeks.

Excellent dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my washer and dryer at the same time. They look great and are easy to use. At first, the clothes were still a bit damp. However, I adjusted the dryness and it was good after that. I hope the dryer (and washer) could be more controllable with the Smartthings. I do not see much benefit of using Smartthings with the Samsung washer and dryer yet.

Some issue, but great for the most part...

Louie in the review's, and I have had the same issue with the dog fur(I also have 2 dog's), and I am adequate with cleaning out the washer's & dryer's, before I turn them on. And, like Louie, I found a glob of dog fur at the seal of the front door of the washer. And, the door started to leak a little bit. Now, I know there was no debris along the seal & door. Now, I also noticed, that the door latch(Opposite side of the door, of the hinge), was a bit loose, and I don't know if it's made this...

Sometimes more digital is not most efficient.

Digital Control panel adds a lot of extra steps to drying clothes. First, you have to turn it on by holding start arrow several seconds, then you have to dial through the various modes (there are a lot), then you have to push and hold start. If you want "wrinkle prevent", (which you do, as most loads end up wrinkled without it) you have to then hold the options button several seconds, and then rotate through to wrinkle prevent option, then click OK. Mostly Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over a month ago and are still trying to figure out some of the multiple features. The only issue we've had is trying to de-wrinkle with steam where I only put one shirt into the dryer. It got it could and wet, but not didn't dry it...perhaps one shirt in a large dryer was the problem? Time to dive into the manual? Otherwise, we've liked the way it works and the simple, elegant design.
