Unsure about AI
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Efficient but unsure how the AI is helping. For example, we cloth diaper and on the normal cycle it never gets them completely dry so we have to re-run the cycle or put it on time dry afterwards. You would think the temp sensitivity or strength would adjust.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like so far but after the first use, I could not get some spots off and I think it was due to some bleach that spilled on. Not sure, but it’s the only thing that I’ve used after having it for two weeks. Also, I cannot change up from a wash feature to simply a rinse and spin feature without it having to empty completely out first and having to start over

Drum Belt Fails
Would Not RecommendUsually Samsung's appliances are pretty good, but this one the dryer belt keeps falling off or breaking, which causes the dryer to not spin the tub. I got this dryer in January, and it had fallen off twice before March. So No, don't recommend.

Dryer won't stop spinning.
Would Not RecommendAfter almost two years the dryer doesn't stop spinning. Even after I turn it off, when I close the door it spins even dough it is off. We tried cleaning the vents, resetting the circuit and nothing works. Videos on you tube show how to fix it but I feel like this should not happen.
