Great time saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set after my LG Tromm set finally died after 15 years. So far I'm loving the new features of this Bespoke smart dryer. It dries quickly and the smart Things sync for added notification is great. I currently only use the AI setting which is awsome.

Best Smart Dryer Ever!

Very disappointed in this product

Until this thing gets figured out its a one star for me. Most all my clothes come out still damp. It doesn't matter what cycle it's on. I can turn heat all the way up and dryness both to 5 and, press start, 2-4 minutes later the time goes from 116 min to 4! Then it's in some stupid as cool mode. Clothes stop and guess what? They are still damp. AND if you are a person that likes hot towels out the dryer for your shower, forget about it! Nothing, absolutely nothing no matter what the setting is ...

I have all samsung products because they work and they are easy to set up. Added dryer to smart thungs app. App tells me when its done and it also displays on my tvs.

Doesn't have delay start

Doesn't have delay start. My old 2010 dryer has this feature. In fact in the specs/description it says delay start is a feature.

Big hopes, not met

This dryer looks beautiful, but fails to perform its basic function: drying. Every load comes out damp, and you can set it to run longer, or hotter, or to a higher "dryness" setting, but honestly why isn't that the default?? Changing the settings is also difficult because the buttons are touch only, and do not light up. So if you have the black machine, they are nearly impossible to see. bad lint trap filter

The lint trap is a terrible design. It is very difficult to clean even using a vacuum cleaner. Have to use a software brush followed by washing the screen. Shouldn't have to do this every time you want to use the dryer. Should be able to just wipe and go...

Best Dryer Ever !

This has been the most efficient dryer my family has ever owned and used. It saves lots of time and money by being so efficient and I would recommend it to everyone.
