Our floors are tile, verdict is....

Good at picking up dust but has some trouble picking up food items. Not really efficient unless you use the remote to direct its actions since it really needs to just hover over food specs for half a second to really get them. It is helpful that it has the ability to pull dirt from a wall to itself, but it is not helpful that this action cannot be initiated via remote, and it has the tendency to not approach hallway walls. So don't expect it to do a fantastic job by itself. Combine these thing...

Aversion to bold patterns?

I'm sure there's some learning to do on my part. That being said, I found that the bot doesn't seem to like my bold patterned area rug. It won't go past a "border" from white to red or gray. I'm not sure what it is perceiving; it just keeps repeating itself in one area. As for the rest of the hardwood floor, it seems to do a pretty good job. Now if I can only figure out how to have it open and close doors...

Wow! So Much Better Than I Expected!

Samsung Sucks! (In a good way)

Great power and edge cleaning

Samsung surprised me with the suction power and edge cleaning of this vacuum. I have been amazed with the amount of dirt that is cleaned up everytime I use the robot. Often I have vacuumed recently and still this little guy finds the dirt that I missed. The reason for four stars is the recharge and resume function did not often seem to work for me, the robot would offend return home, but not resume cleaning.
