POWERbot, good reviews, disappointing performance

we purchased this vacuum on september 20th, 2020 based on online reviews. good it does have a lot of vacuum power. it is connected through the wi-fi in our home. bad from the beginning the battery life was less than what samsung advertised. four months later the battery dies after 20 or 25 minutes. very often it cannot make it back to it's base. when the battery dies and you restart the vacuuming it will not start where it left off. you cannot set up zones using the smart app. it ...

Great for a busy person

love my little assistant. really helps me, and keep my floors clean. my only gripe is the app and not being able to use it cause it won't connect on 5k. other that i freaking love it!! great for the person on the go all the time.

So far so good

Seems like it works great so far. It has a hard time with small mats on hardwood floors but works well once on floor or carpet has great suction. Mapped out the floor plan and got most everywhere, even some odd angles. Could really use an improvement in the instruction manual department. Even if its just online version. There was no explanation about how to use the strips to keep it from falling down the stairs. All it neede was a single paragraph or photo to help advise people.

disappointed!

i wish this would have worked. i am very disappointed for the amount of money spent. the brush roll and brush roll cover constantly falls off and i then have to locate the pieces. it gets stuck under furniture and never goes back to its base to recharge. i was going to submit a repair, only to find out my warranty is only 6 months? for the price paid this is a huge disappointment. sorry samsung i really wanted to like this product.

Performs well on various floor surfaces

Love the product, just not happy with battery life. It runs out of battery after approximately 750 sq ft. Never seems to recharge completely on its charge station.

Great vacuum!

This little device has become my new best friend. I programmed it and it cleans my house prior to me getting home from work. Would definitely recommend it.

Not for rugs or dogs...

i love samsung products and thought i would love this too...quite the opposite! i kept it thinking i would grow to like it,, instead it just frustrated me and now i have had it too long to return. it does not have good suction at all! i have hard floors with a few low pile area rugs, the vacuum struggled on rugs. on the floors it does ok but misses large areas of flooring and has to recharge at least 1 or 2x before finishing. i had a neato before this and that must have spoiled me because althou...

Gets stuck for no reason

i've been using neato robotic vacuums for about 5 years. i know the limitations of robotic vacuums and what to expect. i was impressed at first. it's much quieter and doesn't bump into things. it has great suction and a cyclone. but it quickly disappoints as its navigation algorithm is complete garbage. this thing got stuck in my hallway for absolutely no reason the first time i used it. every once in a while the neato does something stupid, but nothing this bad. it had 2 doorways to exit the ...

I bought this robot 3 or 4 ago and let me say i love it!!!The robot is great u have to learn how it operate and let it do its own thing !!!If u have the patience it will give u the service well worth the money!!!!

Absolute Junk. There are better for cheap.

first, unless you have a brightly lit room, expect to constantly have the thing just randomly shutdown in the middle of the room saying it lost it's way. i bought this to supplement my vacuuming while i'm not home, not to stand and babysit it and turn a light on for it.. secondly, the wifi, it never stays connected for more than a few minutes at a time, this is the only wifi device in the house that has connection issues. i have reset the robot countless times, never fixes it for more than a ...

Say hello to the new 'Bot!

after years of service we retired "samuel" our older samsung robot and moved on to "samantha" our newest samsung vacuum bot. looking forward to years of good service!

seems to clean ok but

dissappointed in the use of magnetic strips. first recieved just recently vacuum would roll over and past magnetic strips. send in for "repair" came back still runs over magnetic strips.

Its great but ordering parts is very difficult

dear samsung, could someone reach out to me about how to purchase a new roller brush? mine is malfunctioning and my local vacuum repair shop was unable to get parts in a timely manner. overall i really like the vacuum but after a couple years the bearings have melted and i get a c07 error. i am hoping a new roller brush will fix this. please help! thanks samsung

Dog Hair

Drives right over the magnetic tape everytime.

i placed the magnetic strip on a hardwood floor and the vacuum drove right over it all four days i tried using it. i do not have time to supervise the vacuum i purchased to "save myself time".

Still no joy one wifi
