Great Features!

We received it yesterday May 7. We let it charge overnight and put it to work today. It did a fairly good job. I know this is a learning machine so it will take time, Looking forward to the future!

Excellent robot vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second R7065 Samsung powerbot and we couldnt be happier. We have other robot vacuums but the Samsung ones are clearly better when it comes to suction power. Everytime I empty the dirt holder I'm amazed at how much it was able to pick up. Its seeems to pick up more than our other robot vacuums from a different company and it clearly wins when it comes to cleaning next to walls.

After my initial experiences with the POWERbot™ R7065 Robot Vacuum, I wish I had discovered it much earlier; for it boldly goes where no one has gone before and it leaves freshly cleaned carpeting and floors in its' wake. WASTE OF MONEY

So disappointed in this purchase. I was hoping for an upgrade based on reviews, but I have gone back to my old trusty Roomba. The Samsung gets clogged almost immediately upon starting, it shuts down in the middle of cleaning, and even when it does complete a pass, my floor is still dirty. The brush absolutely DOES get clogged, and then chamber to hold debris is TINY. And like I said, even before the chamber is full, the intake opening gets clogged anyway. 2 months later, works great!

Overall the vacuum does a great job cleaning carpet and tile. My only complain is that sometime the vacuum is not able to find its way back to the charger and die; And it doesn't always show the map of the areas that were vacuumed. Also, I wish Samsung will add the feature to map your house and set boundary in the app.

Great suction

Have pets with long hair. This vacuum gets hair and dander out of all surfaces. Does superb job on tile and wood. Disappointed that filter is not HEPA.

Awesome Vacuum-bot!

We are in love with our powerbot! It picks up dog hair, avoids stairs, and so far has always managed to find its home. Samsung continues to make quality, innovative products!

Awesome vacuum

I got this for Christmas. I have been so pleased. It goes under my bed, couches. It is gentle when it hits items. It has been able to find all rooms. I have to clean out the container after every use. It picks up dirt even after my vacuum has been there.

German Shepherd POWERbot product review

I am been using for about a month and must say it has exceeded my expectations. I have two German shepherds that have run it through their own testing!! Aside from the initial daily auto-cleaning intrusion barking alert, they have adjusted well, only a few growls. It has taking care of the fur balls that tend to accumulate under kitchen chairs. Good Ideas, Implemented Poorly

I have purchased iRobot products but bought this because of Consumer Reports review; VERY DISAPPOINTED. It has torn & discolored-black-wheels? handmade rug fringe, constantly gets clogged at the entry to dirt container (which means that I constantly need to clean/empty the path before the container is even full. One of the best investments I've made

I've have the Powerbot R7065 approximately two days now. I was a little skeptic at first because we have a pretty clean house... so I thought. Our vacuum is doing such an amazing job at navigating and picking up dust. Of the line of vacuum's I felt this one was the better option for us especially with it's #1 Consumer Reports rating. I definitely do not regret the decision to purchase this vacuum at all.

So far SOOO good!!

This vacuum was a Christmas gift... so as of today I've just really played with it. But, I think I'm going to love this daily helper! We have a large dog who "helps make" my floors feel like they have a coat of sand on them...I have followed "yet-to-be-named POWERbot" and this thing is wonderful!! We have 7 Samsung TV's, 3 Smart phones, Washer/dryer... and now this vacuum...LOVE Samsung! Thank you for making my life easier!! LB

This thing is amazing

I bought this for my granny for christmas because she was having a hard time vacuuming herself. I didn't know this came with a remote until we unboxed it. the remote made it so easy for my granny to learn how to use this. its just like a tv remote. she absolutely loves it. she follows it around the house and tells it that it missed a spot or that it needs to go under the bed. lol we were worried that it wouldn't clean her high pile carpet but it does a great job. very very happy with this...
