Lack of Clear Instructions

We have had our Powerbot for about 3 weeks now. While it does a decent job cleaning, the instructions in the manual are not clear and complete. We do not have a complete understanding of how to operate our Powerbot and therefore we are not completely satisfied with it.

This Robot is GOOD!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived safely, works well Samsung hub and Alexa devices also I can control the settings within the Samsung app. I have it set on a timer to clean at specific times of the day. I love how it works and when it’s low on battery it goes back to charge and knows where it left off to finish. This device is the best, my family and I love it. It finds dirt anywhere.

Works pretty good ... Except

Had this for several weeks now and 80% of the time it can not find home to get recharged ... Suspect it's due to our high ceilings ... Would probably work OK on a house with 8 to 10 foot ceilings ... But here in Texas that is a single wide ... The IOS app is a joke, but the remote is all you need ...

Love it so far

We've been using this for a few days, and so far, we love it. It seems to get a lot of dust and hair up off the floors. We had one of the original ROOMBAS and this is far better than that one. This does not use a random pattern, but is very specific on areas and coverage. We love how we can set it to clean at 1am and it takes care of everything while we sleep and I empty the bin in the morning. Love this vacuum!

We purchased this particular Robot Vacuum based on ratings from Consumer Reports, and are so glad we did! "Sammy" is a wonderful addition to our household - and performs exactly as described. The first time she cleaned our floors, we were amazed by how much dirt and debris was collected. Bonus: the dirt collection cannister is super easy to empty out. Battery is already failing after 3 months

Already having to send in for service because of battery life. This does not make me feel good about the life span of this produce.

Great product out of the box.

Opened the box, followed the detailed instructions, set the cleaning schedule, and the POWERbot did the rest. Did a good job cleaning on its first run despite numerous obstacles left on the floor from renovation. It operated for 90+ minutes on its first charge.

The Superior Robot vacuum in my house

7065 Looks for dirt !!!!

I love my powerboat, it is better than I expected and it does the corners twice- I have Persion rugs with fringe and this machine goes right over them and does not get tangled up- the 7065 also works very hard and I swear it looks for dirt !!! The only thing is the waste bin needs to be a bit bigger, other than that this machine is perfect and I could not be happier with it's performance.

Great Features but many quirks

PowerBot 7065 is excellent just needs a larger dirt/dust container

I know this starts with the PowerBot 9250 but the end is about the PowerBox 7065. This PowerBot 9250 ran in circles, ran into furniture and a large glass jar (its 3 1/2 feet tall) pushing it around and wouldn't back off. It did not go up to the base board it always stayed about 1" away. Great Suction & Cleaning (Where it Cleans) but Not Ready for Prime Time

I'm impressed with how much it picks up and some of the design features are impressive. However, it's frustrating this thing gets stuck very easy and only finds its way home to the charger about half the time. We are using it in a small room with smooth floors and very little furniture and it is doing ok, except it usually wont find its way back tot he charger for some reason. I love this machine. I run it every day because I have 4 dogs that are in and out of the house. It does a good job picking up sand and dog hair.

easy to use and cleans very well

I was sceptic about robotic vacuums, this is my first one . The cost was about the same or lower than an upright but this machine cleans better and is quieter. It maneuvers very well and the bump sensors are easy on furniture legs. It is less than 4 inches high so it gets under beds, chairs and tables very well . It cleans well around all the legs .
