I bought this device several month ago. It first looked nice, but slowly started to see the problems: - the device frequently gets lost and can't find its way back to the charging station. It suppose to do mapping, but it does not use the map to find its stations. SUPER BOT!!

This vacuum struggled a little to navigate around obstacles but offers so much suction once it gets to each mess. There was only one vacuum that cleaned up more debris. The POWERbot is comparatively expensive, though, and it has a few other quirks. The suction from this unit was impressive on every type of debris and on every surface. Unbelievable!

I’ve used it only two days now, but it is amazing. Picks up hairs and dust that were in visible. Really leaves the place clean. Glad I bought it. I feel like I have a helper in the house.

PERFECT!

I just have the Powerbot just for 3 days, but I like it very much. It is absolutely for any home with pet , especially cat. Thank you Samsung.

The Solution To Manual Vacuming

At first, when deciding to buy or pass on the Powerbot, I was very pleased I continue to read all the feedback. Decided to purchase the Powerbot and its performance is unbelievable. I highly recommend the Samsung Powerbot to anyone who may be tired of lugging or pushing the old time vacuum cleaners.

Good Quality and Power

I've used robot vacuums for quite a while now. In fact, I had two (not this brand) running in my fairly small house due to problems with them getting stuck. I purchased this unit to replace both other units. The first time out, this unit collected a fair amount of debris that apparently the other two vacuums had failed to pickup. I was impressed. Good value Robotic Vacuum

It works good. The battery afford about just 30 minutes operation at high speed. The remote controller seems useless.

1st time owner of POWERbot

I ordered the Powerbot on line and it came on time in two days. Packaging and directions first rate. I charged for 30 minutes and ran for the first time. It appears to be doing a better job than my Shark robot vacuum. it went under coffee table with no problem, into corners with ease and did not fall down staircase. I like how you empty container, very convenient with just a push of a button from top. Still in first week of owning product. Five stars so far, I hope it continues.

Wishful thinking

I had the POWERbot R7040 for about a month now and used it a few times when I was able to supervise it and get an idea what it can do. I was hoping for better performance but I guess it was wishful thinking. This is the first robot vacuum I bought and I am a bit disappointed based on its price and performance. I like this POWERbot vacuum. Easy to use. Smart to detect objectives and stairs. Did pretty good job on cleaning.

I wish I could complete the vacuuming when sleep at night. That’s a drawback I believe. Otherwise it’s a great product

Works great!

I've used it for a couple weeks now and it works great, gets the edges and is thorough only issue I've had is a few days it hasn't made it back to the charger

Dosent work well

The quality of the product is poor. The product dosent use any pattern and i have noticed that it goes in a haphazard fashion. I have noticed that it holds less than 45 mins of charge time. The robo cleaner is thick, so that it wouldn't go underneath my cabinets, so the edge cleaning feature seems to be useless. Unlike other robo cleaners, there is not a way for this product to avoid certain areas with either sensors or other means. Very disappointed with the purchase. Not worth the price...

Great Vacuum

I bought this for our business because I hate sweeping. And so far this little guy has been great. He's only gotten stuck twice. For the price and the electronics inside this thing you really can't go wrong with your purchase. I'd recommend the extended service plan 4 years for 60 bucks.

Works well.

Had this a couple of days. Works well - A little too strong on normal settings for a delicate rug so we've stopped it from going into that room, but otherwise, seems to clean well.
