cannot find a battery to replace the one that is apprently dead. your batteries say they are 10 w but my battery says it is 80w. it is only a year or 18 moos old.

i got this for my wife because out old irobot was worn out. it clogs constantly and stops sweeping with just normal dust and carpet fibers. it stops working and won't find the home base so the battery dies, also the battery only lasts about an hour. i would not recommend to anyone to purchase. if i could give negative stars i would.

although not perfect by any stretch, this is the best robot i've used. i have hardwood floors and not carpet. the roombas i've used had a lot more flaws including getting stuck on vents, etc... this machine does not get stuck on the vents and works quite well. it's not 100% perfect as it does miss some spots, including near walls and throughout the wide floors. but it does pick up 80 to 90% of what i've seen. i've ran the machine 3 times so far, so hopefully performance is maintained. as ...

Docking station issue

WHEN the vacuum worked, it did an adequate job of cleaning my hardwood floors. The problem is the docking station. Apparently it is a known issue by Samsung that station will stop having output to charge the vacuum. Seems only solution is to purchase a new docking station. There are numerous postings regarding this issue. I will never buy Samsung product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i would give it 5 stars if the roller brush was built with more robust materials. the plastic top hat bushing that covers the bearing is a weak point, if any hair gets in it causes fiction on the white plastic guide piece. it starts to melt and the bearing doesn't spin freely. i've had two rollers fail in this manner despite cleaning the roller after every cleaning cycle.

the robot vacuum lasted a little over a year before needing a repair. since it was under warranty, we sent it to be fixed. about 3 months later (the product now is no longer under warranty) the same issues arise, but now we have to pay to have it serviced. surprised by samsung quality was hoping for their products to last longer. will update with approximate cost to fix poor suction and sensor.......
