I tried to like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] as much as i tried to like this bot, it just did not clean as well as my other brand did. dust and dog hair was accumulating so now it is sitting in a box while my older one does all the work.

Stopped working

my powerbot worked great for 6 months. but then stopped working. sent it in for repair and was lost. no i am waiting for a claim check that has been more than 30 days

Great so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we've had the vacuum for a week now and its been great. it gets under some of our furniture where we couldn't vacuum before without having to move furniture.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this vacuum got tons of animal hair off our wooden floors. the vacuum is quite and unlike most the exhaust is at the top so it picks up hair not blow it around. would highly recommend

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we just got this and already love it! we have a dog who sheds like crazy and it did an amazing job of getting all the hair up. the only down fall was the app can't be used with my phone.

Melting?

we do really like this vacuum but this is the second one we had that gets sticky almost like melting plastic on the brush rollers and the black plastic piece that holds the roller on.

I don't recommend!

Little bit leery...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] cropped itself on a table pedestal and seemed to malfunction after. within 5 minutes of vacuuming, it now shuts down, giving me a false code. under 6 months old.

Its not smart enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the dirt gets trapped in the cyclone part of the bin.then when the battery is low it cant ever find its charging base.once it did but it backed up on it the wrong way not charging.

Love it!

Kevin, as I have affectionately dubbed my vacuum, has been a lifesaver. I love being able to schedule when he will run and his mapping abilities. Definitely recommend!

Time Saver

My family and I just love this bot vacuum, saves so much time with daily cleaning so we can enjoy doing other things.

Once you know it's idiosyncrasies. Great.

Well, right out of the box after charging it did a splendid job, But, as I used it,and cleaning the bin and filter I noticed that it was not picking up anything. I cleaned the filter again, and noticed that the paper filter attached to the bumpy foam would not allow any air to pass through. As A result, it just ran around with no suction. I had to remove it and replaced the paper with a piece of open cell foam. It now works better than new, but, I still clean it outside as it collects a lot ...

We are obsessed with our POWERbot R7040 aka Rosie

I literally do not know why I have not gotten Powerbot sooner! We have affectionately named our 7040 "Rosie" Rosie is the bees knees, she greets me the kitchen at 6am keeping my tile looking awesome. After a charge she heads to the front room, does a great job navigating the toys not picked up from the night before. Cannot pick up dog hair

We have all tile floors and a lab, so thought this would be a great addition to our living space to manage the pet hair. Unfortunately, this appliance does not pick up the dog hair at all. It constantly gets stuck at the transition from the brush to the dirt container. I have even tried sweeping first to make sure there are no clumps and turned the power to tur...

App never works

I cant use the app to set up a schedule or start the vacuum unless I am on the same wifi. Has started making a whining noise when in use.

Why did I wait so long?

I bought this a month ago, now I know why I waited so long to decide on purchase! So happy I went with Samsung POWERbot and not the competition! Works like a charm and saves my time cleaning. I have all hardwood floors with 2 large area rugs, no pets, and I’m amazed at the power and cleaning! My only issue is it doesn’t get under the kitchen cabinets, so I sweep out under them.

This is a wonderful product! I have three dogs and it does the job.

Entertaining and useful

I recently purchased my POWERbot and am having fun seeing what it can do. It's fun observing how it navigates our home. We look forward to it helping us keep our floors clean.
