Had the washer less than 24 hours and the door code D5 came on. The door latch was broken.Was told by Samsung, service shop will call me with in 24 hours. Got a call and was told that I might get a call Monday 8th July, I told them the latch was broken ans was informed it would take 4-5 to get part but I am not sure if they will order it or sent out teck to look at problem than order part in which case I might not be able to use these until part comes in

Awesome Machine

Just received the machine today and put it to the ultimate test, my husbands work clothes. 8 pair of jeans, shirts a couple of sweatshirts, the machine handled it with ease and even got the clothes clean! My old Maytag (same size) couldn't handle that large of a load. The spin cycle was awesome! Great washer but loud spin cycle

This is the first front loader I have purchased. The salesman told us that he had one and it was quiet. I had a Whirlpool top loader before that was much quieter but was always broken which is why I switched to the Samsung brand. Quiet, efficient, good deal!

Great washer. Has steam cycle which adds about 35 minutes to a load. Has enough settings that they are useful, with a few that will only be used on occasion, unlike the models with so many settings that most never get used. It's super quiet when it runs. Only makes a bit of noise when water is filling it up, and when it's on the spin dry part of cycle. Bell noise to signal that it's done is annoying. Love It!

I absolutely love this appliance. It is so user friendly that my 4 year old could basically to all the laundry for me. I really love that it has a self cleaning feature that some other front loaders don't. You don't have to put any effort into cleaning this thing so your clothes don't stink!

It was a great purchase for the money

I love the front loading option because it is easy to unload without hurting your back. I am very short so the top loading machine was hard for me to reach in the tub to get my clothes out. I like using less water and my soap last longer than my other washing machine because of the pre measured soap dispenser. My clothes are cleaner. I love the style of the washing machine, it fits my laundry room nicely.

Great Washing Machine with Design Flaws

We purchased this machine six weeks ago. Great bargain price compared with other brands. The good: Cleans Quietly and Spectacularly all items placed in it (read the instruction booklet). Direct drive motor spins the drum gradually, building RPMs until properly reaching max for each type of load you've placed in it. Samsung Knows How To Make A Gorgeous Washer!!!

this machine is simply amazing-stylish, quiet, efficient, intuitive....amazing design...it spins the clothes almost dry...it has zen quality about it....i now really enjoy washing!!!...i am going to run out of things to wash because i enjoy the experience so much...replaced an 11 yr. old machine that would not move to the next cycle...was going to be a minimum of of 500$$$ to fix....decided to purchase this state of the art machine...the sales person, the delivery people could not have any nicer...

Disaster purchase

1st, 2nd and 3rd machine I recieved were all defective. 1st one would not spin out, 2nd one noisy and vibrated terribly and acted like we had not removed shipping bolts. Our floor was sturdy and level the machine was leved. We are not novices to setting up washers. 3rd would only power the lights on but not start any wash cycle (and yes water was on). Returned and bought a Frigidaire Affinity. Good ole Frigidaire is amazing!!! Frigidaire way to go! worked wonderfully from the get go and no issue...

Super Washer - We are very happy with this!

This is a great washing machine. It does an excellent job washing our clothes, it's quiet and gentle, and gets nearly everything super clean without pre-treatment (except for grass stains). Super Washer - We are very happy with this!

This is a great machine (at least so far)! It is quiet, easy to use, does an excellent job cleaning clothes and yet is gentle to the clothes. Ours arrived with (and still has) an unpleasant odor which somewhat resembles mold or mildew which seems to come from the flexible gray gasket material itself (around the door opening). Great washer!!

the washer & dryer came with our house were Sears brand and did not clean clothes well. Did some research and found out LG & Samsung are good. went into store and saw these machines, They were absolutely looking beautiful! None of the LG products offered steam wash option, but this one did. We purchased both washer and dryer. This washer cleans clothes towels very clean and rise very well. Like the steam wash feature! Quiet and uses water little. We love them both!

Very good washer!

We had to replace a 8 year old Duet Washer because it was moved without replacing the bolts in the back. This initially caused a problem with the "shock absorbers", then we had error codes almost every wash. That gets old fast! So we checked all the reviews-here and in a few other sites. Great Purchase

This washer was very easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. It has many options to choose from. The spin cycle gets so mucn water out of the clothes that it takes very little time to dry them. This washer and matching dryer have saved me time in the laundry room.
