Would RecommendI LOVE this washer. My previous top loader was a nightmare. I was able to pick up both the washer and dryer at Lowes for $1200 for the set. My father in law currently lives with me (several health problems) and this washer is a dream getting out urine smells from his bedding, can handle large loads without difficulty and is super quiet.

The clothes are indeed cleaner and makes them softer without any added fabric softeners. I was also able to use half of the amount of detergent than my old washer and got better results. Would RecommendBought this because my GE quit working. Very happy with this purchase. Very quiet. My first front end loaded machine so a little discouraged about how long it takes to complete a load but all in all gets my clothes clean which is the most important thing. Wish it came in white instead of blue but these are all minor things that don't amount to much. Jeff at the Woodstock Lowes suggested this unit. Jeff is a great salesperson for Lowes. Recommend everyone see him when buying appliances.

Would RecommendI got this washer because my old one had an unfixable electronics problem. On the recommendation of my repairman, I bought this Samsung to replace it. Boy am I glad I did! This one is SO much better than my old one. Very solidly made and runs like a dream. I love that it's a beautiful blue. Added bonus - when the wash cycle ends, it plays The Trout by Schubert! Not just one phrase, the whole tune! I'm a classical musician, so that's the icing on the cake for me!
