Smelly Laundry

First, the washer was delivered with a huge dent in the back panel of the unit. The service men tried to "hammer" it out with the but a screw drive (which they had to borrow from me, as they brought only one small socket driver with them). The worst part is the smell of the drum. We've done at least 6 loads of laundry, used baking powder in the "clean" cycle, and changed from scent-free detergent to detergent with a fragrance, and the odor of the stainless steel drum is still awful.

Great looking and works perfect

I must say that the washer is very easy to use, does a wonderful job of leaving your clothes very clean and looks good doing it. You will be amazed at how water efficient it is and ease of use. The settings are pretty straight forward that anyone can understand. Purchased this at a great discount during the Black Friday sale and recommend it to anyone looking for a new washer.

More water please

This is a pretty cool washer. I just wish it had a more water options for my cloth diapers. Other than that it washes the clothes beautifully. The music at the end was a pleasant surprise :)

It looks pretty in the laundry room. Come to find out there is no instruction book anymore for the washers even though the dryers came with one. If you want to find out how to use your washer you will have to go to samsungs website and print out the book make sure you have plenty of ink and paper.

I happily bought this set 3 years ago during the energy incentive sale-major mistake. Luckily I bought the extended warranty, but I have had the repairmen out to fix the washer twice and the dryer 5 times so far, and this week both of them have stopped working, and no warranty. After four service calls I called Samsung and demanded a replacement. The first lady I spoke with said sure they can arrange this because of the major problems. Then I was transferred to a "service manager" who then said ...

Not Durable and too Expensive to Fix

We bought the older model of this washer w/ matching dryer in 2010. Getting a service man out to look at it via Samsung was an escapade. First someone was coming on the 11th, then the 18th, finally someone came on the 20th. So it took nearly 3 weeks just to get it looked at. Supposedly the motor, drum assembly and bearings all went at once. It made a loud bang in the spin cycle and was turned off immediately to make sure no further damage was incurred. Nice theory, but it didn't help. The repair...

Good machine...would buy again for the price point

The only thing I don't like is on the door seal stuff (soap, etc) get accumulated in a little cranny but other than that it works great.

We bought this wash on sale with an additional 10% coupon and scored it for only $450.00. SUCH A GREAT DEAL! This washer is amazing. Extremely easy to use, quiet and works very VERY well. Our white comforter (or what we though was white) came out so bright and clean..it looked brand new. The blue is far more sophisticated and fashionable in person, as well. I would recommended this washer to anyone!

This machine is extremely quiet, which is enough to win me over, but it gets high marks for also having several options for wash cycles. I cannot figure out whether there is any way to tailor the size of the load, but it looks to use such a small amount of water, that I don't think I should be too concerned. Overall, this was an amazing washing machine for an unbeatable price. The fact that it has all the elements of good function while looking good is simply a perk.

We had to replace our first identical washer do to a bad hose you couldn't ask for better customer service not one problem thank you! Customer Service is the most important thing to me.

I like the product had it a few days now everything seems to work well. I do not care for lowes web site hard to navigate and would not accept my order had to order over phone.

Very quiet, Very easy to use

My 2nd front loader.... better than the 1st set than was 15 yrs ago and still running. Only need to buy new one for the new home. This is much more quiet, very easy to use and have a lot of feature like steam and direct drive. So far so good, hopefully this runs another 15 yrs and I am happy.
