Best Washer Ever

Love it. Super super quiet. Plenty of features. No cons. People complain about smell if door is left closed. Duh. What do u expect from a machine that has a perfect seal and water residue in it. Sorry it isn't a leaky washer.

Love this washer!

Love this washer! Runs quiet, many different settings. Looks great and I love having the space on top to fold the clothes. My only complaints would be the washer MUST be left open when you are done washing or else it will get moldy and smell terrible. I had a friend tell me about this after I ordered them. only had the washer for a week but the times I've used it it was great just set it and forget it, and the chimes at the beginning and the end is catchy wish I new what the tune was

Technology has definitely improved since my original front loaders purchased 11 years ago! Awesome!

Totally worthless, huge waste of money

A trusted appliance repairman just left my house, discovered that steel basket is out of round and will need to be replaced, along with the rubber gasket around the door. The parts run over $400, with labor $300. The machine is THREE YEARS OLD!!! Do not buy this machine. I am now going to have to buy a new machine and it will not be a Samsung, or a front loader for that matter. I am not happy with my purchase.

Fabulous Washer

We've had this washer for about a month. It has been fantastic. We replaced our old washer that was about 15 years old. This washer has exceeded our expectations. Really easy to use, no residue left on clothes, all clothes are cleaner, just an overall great purchase. Lowes delivery service was fantastic too. 3 Series Samsung Blue Front Load Washer

The instructions are not clear on setup of the unit. The travel blocks aren't metioned in the quick set up as needing to be removed. If you dont, read thru the full instructions you'll miss this if setting the unit up yourself. Once the unit was properly set up, it works great. We haven't used the VRT Steam setting but that is a feature that I'm sure will come in handy. The matching gas dryer we ordered is due to arrive this evening. So disappointing...

I was so excited to get both the Samsung washer and dryer. I have a large family and the capacity was like a dream-come-true. After having them for a year and a half, I have to say that I am very disappointed in the washer. The first letdown came shortly after we purchased it. Using liquid fabric softener clogged the tray. We had a tech out, and he said to dilute it 50/50, but that hasn't worked either. Twice, the bleach tray didn't properly drain and bleached my darks after putting them in afte...

Don't buy any Samsung product. Bought WF350ANW-SZ

Bought the WF350ANW-SZ, front load washer/dryer 13 months ago....washed no more than 2 loads per week. The door latch is poorly made (manufacturing defect). Luckily, I purchased the extended warranty, but if I didn't have that, I would be having a real problem with this! Wish I had researched more before I bought this set. It also has problems balancing loads at times. Don't buy it. And, of course, they don't manufacture this model anymore, but comparable ones. They are probably just as bad. Tho...

Don't buy it!

Fantastic look, easy to load. Quality is terrible. Bought the blue matching washer and dryer. They have broken repeatedly. This design does not work. Throwing these to the curb and buying old school washer and dryers.

Very Nice Washer!!

Have had my Samsung for over 2 years and have had NO problems. I have the blue color that we bought off the floor and it is perfect. Washes clothes very well AND washer is very quiet, although you can hear the water going in! But no problem there! I also have a Samsung dryer (bought at the same time) that I'm very pleased with and we also bought the drawer lifts to go with both. If you can, buy the drawyer lifts...well worth the money!! Samsung Washer in blue

The only disappointment is the door is not reversible on the washer and every place I have lived the washer is on the right and the dryer on the left making the door for the washer open against the dryer. Front loaders need to have the door on the washer reversible so that someone can take clothes out of the washer and put them in the dryer without straining their bodies to reach over the washer door.

Excellent Washer/Dryer combo

We got an excellent buy on this washer and are very pleased with its quiet, excellent performance. We had an LG front loader at a prior residence and loved it, and this machine is just as good, possibly a tad better. I highly recommend this washer to anyone.

No Complaints Whatsoever

We purchased this washer and the matching gas dryer for our new home. The salesman at Lowe's was very knowledgable and helped us make a great decision. To save space in our laundry "hallway" between the garage and the house, we've stacked the units. The stacking kit is very sturdy, and the installation guys did a great job of putting it all together. It was so nice to have that done, and not have to do it ourselves. The blue color is a nice change from the ubiquitous white--makes doing laundry...

waste of money

We bought the washer and matching dryer in January 2011. Loved it, but clothes didn't always spin out good. Sometimes clothes were really wet and smelled musty. By April 2013 it was coming up with error code. ND - not draining. It of course was out of warranty. We called Samsung to have it repaired. They sent a repair order to company 50 miles from us. Said our appt was on Monday (called on Thursday) . We waited to hear from them but Monday came and went. Got the companys number from samsung. Re...

Waste of Money -- can't get it repaired

I bought this washer in February 2013 -- It's broken and has been for 4 weeks because they cannot get a repair tech out to my house. I had to call Lowe's and go through the extended warranty program to get someone out to look at the machine. When the repair person came, he said a part had to be ordered -- now another week of waiting to have the washer fixed. If you need a washing machine that is reliable, do not buy a Samsung. The customer service is very poor. The worst I have ever dealt with. ...
