Would RecommendI purchased the waterproof laminate underlayment to go below my laminate flooring in the kitchen. I wanted a protectant from water, mold, and mildew and this worked perfectly. It was fairly easy to install. Make sure you have the right side up. I also like this product because it is an excellent sound reduction barrier. It reduces the noise in the room and the room below where you install it. The actual size is 36in x 25ft. I would recommend!

Great for noise dampening on laminate flooring
This works very well with Stainmaster flooring that has preattached padding. It helps to even out uneven surfaces and prevent noise when stepping on flooring. Would highly recommend using this even with the preattached.

Would RecommendI chose this product due to the waterproof, in the past I have used the black vapor barrier and it is a lot of work. This product had the vapor barrier built in and it saved hours. I was surprised and how well it cut and how well it felt under foot. This is my new go to for laminate floors.
