Quality Product

Going in a small spare bathroom. Found the product to be of high quality. Pretty thick material compared to similar product. Relatively easy to install as a first timer. Feels really good to walk on and pleased with how it turned out.

great flooring layment

This arrived just as bathroom flooring was being installed. Placed under laminate flooring in basement bathroom. It was easy to measure and easy to layout. It was a great addition to enhance my new floors.

Easy to use

A must for laminate flooring on a concrete slab. Even though the boards have an attached pad, I feel assured that it will prevent additional moisture from getting to the flooring. It gives it more cushion too. It’s easy to lay down. One roll wasn’t unwrapped yet and it had black streaks on it. Since that side is against the concrete, it’s a non-issue.

Thick underlayment

I’m installing a vinyl plank floor over a plywood subfloor and I’m my experience as a general contractor, this product seems to be the thickest product out there. It’ll be perfect for the second floor that’s over the living quarters. Keeping it quiet from the rest of the home. Super easy to cut and install too

Good quality underlayment. Happy with this overall

I’ve used a number of underlayments in my working career and this one is pretty good. It curled a lot and I wish it would lay a bit flatter once you lay it down. Besides that I don’t have any complaints!

Nice quality!!

This waterproof laminate underlayment is great it feels like it is made of quality materials. It is better made than some of the other underlayment it is a nice thickness and rugged. It will definitely hold up well and keep the subfloor nice and dry. It is flexible enough to make it easy to manage when laying it down.

Great directions, easy to follow

This Stainmaster waterproof flooring underlayment has a 6 mil vapor barrier, the thickness is 3 MM, it is antimicrobial and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew, waterproof barrier, great sound reduction and quick and easy to install. Waterproof laminate.

This product is better than I expected. The rolls are very lightweight to carry. However, the Quality is pretty good. I will be using this in a laundry room, bathroom and kitchen, where we are adding wood floor. I love that it’s waterproof. The part of the laminate that sticks to the floor has a thin sticky strip portion, so it sticks on the floor in place. The quality feels really good and it’s not very bulky. overall I think this is a perfect choice for my kitchen bathroom and laundry rooms.

Very nice option for flooring

This underlay is very nice and easy to install. One of the features that I like most about it is the sound deadening factor. It really helps to cut down on the noise level. This is 100% personal opinion, but I also like the feel of the laminate flooring better with this than without. The only caution I would have is you will be adding about 6mills extra to the floor height. I ran into a small issue with a closet door that was easily fixed, but i was not expecting it. Well worth it.

This underlayment was just what I needed. We were installing flooring in our kitchen and needed a waterproof pad. Instructions were easy to follow. Installation was easy as the pad was easy to cut with scissors. The waffle design is a nice touch and stops the pad from slipping on subfloor. Very well made. The built in tape made it easy to connect the rows. The durable pad also helps keep noise down as we have a basement below. I would definitely recommend.

Great to work with and cushiony

This underlayment is of excellent quality. It’s easy to lay down and cut to size, and I love the extra cushioning it adds underfoot. It makes a real difference in comfort. I’d definitely purchase this product again!

Good stuff

I dont usually install a lot of laminate living close to the ocean, but i felt safe putting it in my office where i wouldn't have to worry about high moisture. This product is tuff and tear resistant. Its pretty thick with a square grid on the back to overcome subfloor imperfections. I like the self adhesive strip for the seams, and it rolls out better than the cheaper foam stuff. It might be a little more pricey, but it will do what its designed for, right, the first time.

Underlayment

This product is very easy to use and offers a premium level of underlayment for any laminate surface on concrete or older flooring. This product is made of quality material, and the roles are very lightweight and easy to handle

Awesome product.

This is by far the best underlayment on the market. Not only does it feel great under the floor with the extra padding but the self adhered overlap strip to ensure a continuous seal is amazing.

Great moisture resistant Flooring Underlayment

I used Stainmaster premium foam flooring underlayment when installing flooring in my “She Shed”. It was a breeze to lay down and easy to work with cutting with just a scissor. It comes in rolls of 3’ W x 25’ and 6MIL Vapor Barrier. It inhibits growth of mold and mildew which is what I liked as I would be storing things there too.

Very nice laminate floor underlayment

This is one of the best underlayments I've used for laminate floor. I'll show it in the pictures but it has a sticky patch on one edge where you pull the tape off of it. The other side has a plastic flap that flips out. These adhere together to make the joints more waterproof. This rolls out easy, stays put in that it doesn't bow up or flip up at the ends like a cork underlayment will. I tested some water on top of it and it sat on there and didn't flow through it. Highly recommend!

This is excellent underlayment does what it claims

Decided to try this product to test out the durability of its contents and its ability to be a sound barrier to a noisy floor. The product thickness is 2mm where LVP flooring is 3mm and is already on the back of the LVP flooring. The product itself is very durable and would buy it for potential flooring that I liked that was lacking underlayment. I could not tear, rip or pull apart this and it is very durable underlayment. Definitely recommmned this for anytime surface underlayment.

Wow this is a very high quality waterproof membrane for an under layment of flooring. Great for any flooring projects easy to work with and great quality.
