Would RecommendI was hesitant to make the switch from Vivant to Ring. However, I do not regret it. This product was a great investment and super easy to set up. Even the packaging was amazing. Everything has an easy to open pull strip. When you open each piece in the package, the app tells you step by step how to set it up. It was an amazing design. The product itself works flawlessly and I have had zero issues this far with it. I would buy this over and over again. It was worth every penny.

The speed of it is really nice but
It is lacking some very key features. Will not open or close your garage door. Not able to use the shortcuts to set it up the way the in user wants it. No GEO fencing which would remind you if the system is not armed when you pass a fencing that you set up. If ring would add these futures it would be a 5 star system all the way. Excellent Alarm System!
Would RecommendI've had this system for about 2 months now and have zero regrets. It functions well, keypad holds a charge perfectly (just charged for the first time since installation), and the functionality of the app, including adding new components, has been easy and well worth the investment. Highly recommend. Because of Ring's excellent customer service with their cameras, I'm a Ring customer for life.
