This was sold as new but was clearly used. All of the sticky parts were used and required to purchase new 3M strips. All items needed to be reset because they were used previously.

Complete installation in one sitting
Liked that it was fairly easy to intall. Did not like: 1) the difficulty fiinding how to set certain features, like the enter and exit delay; and 2) there is no voice mode setting for the chime alerts (e.g. front door, back door, dining room detector, etc.)

Great home security product!! Integrated well w our previous Ring Doorbell. We bought an entire Ring system. Don't wait until you are broken into to secure your home and family.
