Easy to use once finally set up.

Works fine but the documentation in the box and online does not give enough general overview of what is going on in setting things up. You must download the RING APP to a cell phone with a camera (the camera is for adding extra devices) and simply follow the instructions. Also no overview as to how much internet data usage is involved to set things up (like downloading firmware) and after things are set up for those who need to watch that. Good system; contact sensors could be smaller

I'm happy with it, overall. My one complaint is that the magnetic part of the contact sensors are kind of bulky. Ring even sells a slim version. I wish they were included in the kits. I used off-the-shelf magnets for my window contact sensors so that I could fit the sensors on my lower windows while the magnets were taped to my upper windows. That way, I only need one sensor for each window, instead of two.

Frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure this set is fantastic, but I had so many issues with connectivity and Apple devices I gave up. It is very easy and smooth to install the components and the alarm is LOUD. The keypad likes to fall off the wall, even after cleaning so find a secure place to put it. If I can get this to work with Apple stuff I'll definitely continue to use it to protect my home.
