Great quality, yet terrible on my back
I have used regular back packs all my life and always have adjusted the straps for comfort. Unfortunately in this case, it simply didn’t work with this back pack during our New Year’s trip to San Antonio. I prepared snacks and had them in plastic containers and silicone bags to keep it from being too heavy. I tried holding it on my back as a backpack and my teenage son as well. It was heavy, bulky and painful on my back. I purposely purchased this smaller size hoping it would not be bulky, heavy...

Great travel backpack
Kept food and drinks ice cold for 3 days, and would probably have lasted longer. Works well with my thin Yeti ice packs and a few frozen water bottles. The right size for a backpack cooler. Two things I would change are the stiffness of the zipper (extremely hard to open/close with one hand) and I would make the back straps removable.
