Too Uncomfortable
I really wanted to love this cooler. It definitely keeps the items cold, the zipper prevents leaking, and it travels well so those are all perks. But the backpack concept of this is very uncomfortable. Something about the way the straps are attached to the cooler, the lower end hits me in the back and its really miserable to wear when its full. My partner has the same complaint and we're very different sizes. If it had been engineered differently I would be a huge fan but it just doesn't fit us ...

Backback straps not worth the extra cost.
The insulation is great and keeps cold. However, the backpack feature is not well designed, especially for larger individuals. The straps are too narrow and the cooler sits too high on your back. I am 6' tall and 225 lbs. It's okay for carrying short distances, but not something you would want to use on a hike of any distance. If I were to do it again, I would have just bought the regular Soft Cooler with a simple shoulder strap. It would have been more comfortable and less expensive.

My son had this cooler
My son had this cooler when we went to the beach and it was great. It held a lot and it didn’t leak. So I got one for my husband and he loves it!

Definitely keeps things cold
Not the most comfortable to wear, but keeps things cool for a very long time. I purchased this to transport breastmilk when travelling and it was still frozen after being in the cooler for almost 24 hours.
