Super happy with all of it. Just be aware when it’s delivered it’s in a box that says EXACTLY what it is, so when your husband beats you home from work- he saw his Father’s Day present early!

Horrible cooler
I would not buy this product. I bought this cooler for our trips to the beach. I is absolutely terrible. I’d be lucky if it makes 2 hours without the ice being completely melted. The drinks then begin to turn warm. It is not worth the money. After trying the cooler for 3 trips to the beach, I had to turn to another brand. This cooler is not good on the beach or in the sun on hot days. Two thumbs down!

It’s ok. A pocket to store a few small items would be nice. I would not recommend this item.

Nice cooler but zipper is unbelievably hard to open and close.
Love the cooler but opening and closing the zipper is extremely difficult. You have to pull so hard you feel like it’s going to break at any second.

We bought the 30 can version of this less than 2 years ago
We use it some but not excessivley and the zipper has already broken. So disappointed... we have other brands of soft coolers with zippers and have not had this trouble. It was good while it lasted, (we loved the backpack feature) I guess with a broken zipper we have no choice but to trash it.

Zipper is terrible
I bought one of these within the last couple years, and barely used it until those spring. I think I have used it less than 5 times before the zipper started separating. It now has completely come apart and the cooler is useless. It was handy for the ball park because it was lightweight and we couple pack it into our wagon, but the zipper design is terrible. I always stored it inside, in my pantry so that was the cause. I won't be buying another one

Zipper - Clear Manufacturing Issue
Zipper broke after a month -- takes two hands and serious effort to zip / unzip. Do better !

Zipper broken 2 years later.
The zipper has always been difficult but after 2 years it has come undone completely and we switched to competition brand with magnetic closure. It’s so much easier to use and better warranty as we as more comfortable to carry on your back!

Awful Product
Will never recommend this company. Soft cooler zipper is awful, and support is probably worse than the product. Not worth the money. Yeti is 10x better and warranty and support is top notch.

Great till it's not
This cooler worked fantastic, and was my favorite cooler for all of 2 months. After 2 months the zipper has broke the pull came off the bag. When I went to replace the zipper with a replacement pull the entire zipper broke, and now I will either have to trash it or find a way to replace the entire zipper. Less than ideal to spend what I spent on this cooler, and have it last 2 months. With this being my 4th RTIC cooler I have had issues with the others as well, and think it may be time to find a...

Keeps it cold!!
Great cooler! Used it as a carry on for frozen food to an international destination. Stayed cold for 11hours+!!
