Overall pretty good but doesn’t last as long as you would think. Zipper broke after a year even though they advertise a built tough durable. Definitely cheaper than most, longevity probably not. You get what you pay for. Almost nothing is warrantied for more than 12 months, some items only 90 days. Tells you what you need to know. Love and Hate
The top neck strap is much too high. It chokes you if you don’t release that first before letting loose of your back straps. The back straps needs to be TIGHT on you in order for this to feel secure on you. It needs to be down closer to the chest. I’m happy to have this because it works soooo well keeping ice solid and drinks cold! I used to take to my apt complex hot tub and it’s great. Doesn't hold up.
I bought one because I love their mold coolers hoping it would last. After just over a season seams for lid started separating. That's when I realized the warranty didn't cover like comparable brands. Will spend the little bit more now for the security of a warranty. I know multiple people with the soft coolers that has same happen to them. I took extremely good care of cooler while in use & in storage. Was very upset when it started falling apart while so new.

Awkward to carry
The cooler Oralia great and keeps things cold. The positioning of the straps and belt are very awkward and don’t allow for easy carrying. The waist belt sits too high for adults and ends up around the rib cage.

The zipper broke the first
The zipper broke the first time I used it, had to tie and tape it to keep clothes in it as I returned from vacation and then customs had to open it.

Needs external pockets
Love the size and quality of the bag. It holds ice well. The zipper is a lot easier than my Yeti to open and close. I only wish there were a pocket or two on the outside.

Durable cooler hardware failed.
I have the 24-can cooler in coyote tan which has been a rockstar on hunting trips and lake days. The performance of the cooler is great, but the zipper opener broke off in the first two months. I had the same issue with YETI in the past, so I tied a paracord loop and ball on the end to fix the issue.

This is the second backpack
This is the second backpack cooler that I have purchased. My husband has one and I got one for my son for Christmas. They love them! Very strong and sturdy.

Awesome cooler
Works as advertised. Flew to a beach vacation and wanted something better than the old coolers you usually find in rentals. This little cooler worked great. Kept everything ice cold all day in tropical sun and was small enough to fit in overheads on airplane. Follow instructions to lubricate zipper with included bottle as it can be tough to open/close.
