Would Not RecommendLowe's used to sell a sixty pound bag for $8. Now they sell a twenty pound tib for $25. That's almost a ten times price increase. The tub we purchased, once mixed with water, set up way too quickly, and didn't work like it's supposed to.I can't select "No" for referring to a friend either.

Would RecommendI should've read the label because I thought it was premixed, but it wasn't difficult to figure the right proportions and, for probably myself being the farthest thing from a professional, I don't think I did too bad a job and it looks good and well-sealed.
This is not pre mixed. It’s no done quickly.
I was told by a Lowe’s employee that it was pre mixed & that I had to roll it on with a roller, like painting. I thought, even tho I’m 68, I can do that. However, when I got it home I discovered that it was a powder & the process would be greater than I expected.

Basement floor crack sealed
Would RecommendHad a "fine" crack in basement floor that would weep water after significant rain fall. Used my angle grinder to open the crack approx. 1" wide x 1" deep and filled with this hydraulic cement 3 months ago. Has heald perfectly through a couple rain events and thawing snow. Have since also painted over with several coats of Drylock just for an extra measure.
