Would RecommendEase of use/directions. Functionality. Reliability. I used this stop some minor leaks in my basement foundation walls. I did a little chiseling of loose material (non-mechanical, all by hand), and swept away dust and debris before applying a lot of it. I waited for another rain storm before seeing if the initial application was good enough. In some instances I had to go over it twice because I didn't put enough. Mixing was super easy, just make a playdough like consistency and slap it in there I...
