I was worried about the water amount since someone in the reviews said it was wrong, but I checked the math and 10oz (as directed) is the correct ratio. Pour in, seal shut, massage for a minute and it's ready to use. Nice firm putty consistency was easy to manipulate into a simple duct tape form by hand and set up in 5 minutes just as described. Used to fix the broken corner of a concrete lid and it held strongly. Be sure to wear gloves and eye protection.
