Bright Red Blinking Light
Would RecommendOnly used a couple of weeks so far. The refill red blinking light on the front is very annoying. If you don't have a refill bottle ready to use you'll have to live with this unless you unplug the unit or maybe use some black electrical tape to cover the light. Of course, if you run out of water in the small cooler tank you should unplug anyway.

Would RecommendWe use it for instant hot water when making oatmeal, soup, or hot chocolate. Also for filling hydroflasks as the kids run out the door.

Would RecommendSince I posted my comment of displeasure, Primo has stepped up and provided information for me to get this water cooler running again. Since their response & doing what their video recommended, the cooler is working fine again. Due to their rapid customer service response rate, I would recommend this product.

Would Not RecommendWorked great for a little over a year and a half (Aug 2018 to Apr 2020). A couple of nights ago it made a loud buzzing noise I'd never heard before, sounding like an electrocution. It continued to suck water up into the tube but would not fill reservoir to dispense. Sounds like same issue as some other customers. Great while it lasted but probably planned obsolescence. Why can't we make things like this in the good ole USA?

Red light keeps flashing
Would Not RecommendWe bought our water dispenser just over a year ago. Two months ago it stopped working. The red light is flashing saying bottle is empty. We tried switching to a different bottle and that did not help either. No troubleshooting worked. Almost $200 for it to only work for a year is ridiculous. Warranty ran out just before it quit working.
