The delivery portion went off without a hitch. The assembly part.... the bottom tray was put in backwards so the hanger for the propane tank is under the pellet hopper. The wrong bolts were used for the flip up shelf, so that is barely hanging on. That piece is supposed to have long half thread bolts, spacers, washers and nuts. Ours has short full thread bolts and nuts barely hanging on. ...

This is not about the grill but the order
I write this review not about the grill I received today. but the order. I specifically declined assembly, and the grill came assembled. The grill was apparently assembled some time ago as it was completely covered in a layer of dust. Additionally, the assembler failed to tighten all the screws on the exhaust and dampener. There is also minor damage to the coating on the grill where the lids close.
