Would RecommendLove this product first time using a smoker the meat came out so delicious easy to know I don’t have to keep checking on the temperature. The instructions on putting it together at home were a little annoying could have been done a little better.

Would RecommendI ordered the grill directly from customer service in order to get my military discount. I also asked for the free assembly. The grill didn't get assembled, so I went to pick up my items and put it together myself. I was offered an additional discount for assembly and they were very helpful in loading! Assembly was fairly easy, but this grill is very heavy!

Really sophisticated grill.
Would RecommendI've only had this grill for a short time but so far I really like it. I've used both sides a couple of times and find it has been straight forward in design and easy to use. The grilled food has been delicious and controlling the temperatures is simple, on both sides.

Only Lowe's has the Pro line. Having the grill on my WiFi where I can modify temperature settings on the wood pellet side is also a game changer. I only wish I had that on the gas side, too.
