Love this Faucet!

I have had this faucet for 4 years now. This is a stylish faucet in stainless. It's finish is easy to maintain and doesn't water spot. The convenient pull-faucet and curved arch makes it very convenient for rinsing sink & filling tall pots. I love it & would highly recommend it. It's been problem free.

Absolutely love this faucet!

I bought this over 2 years ago and I still love it, I had to replace a few parts on it from where and tear, but Pfister replaced it with no charge except for shipping. The only bad thing is that the pull down part no longer goes back into place, maybe the magnet has gone bad or there's a small clip that's bad.

I have had this faucet about 4 years now. The soap dispenser failed within probably 6 months. I like this faucet. 1 handle operation is nice the pull out nozzle is a good feature. But just in the last couple months it has developed a small leak around the adjustment for the spraying feature of the nozzle. It only leaks when the water is actually running, but slightly disappointing. Overall a good product.

Consistantly the same promblem arises.

I bought our faucet years ago and really like its look, style and finish. The issue with this faucet is consistant and ocurrs every 1-2 years. The faucet spray head breaks down and water starts to come through the push button area. It becomes a steady stream, the button stops working and water flows out everywhere. Service is excellent and we receive replacement parts in a few weeks. I have now ordered 2, so that we have a backup on hand.

Ok quality

I've had this faucet for 8 years. It leaks around the hose where you pull the end out. For the money, I think it should've lasted longer.

Super looking finish rivals more expensive brands

Purchased the hanover pull-out faucet over four years ago and it looks as good as it did when it was brand new. Easy to use and keep clean. Finally switched to Price Pfister after not having success with higher end products. So glad we did! The service is great as well as the product selections. Thanks!

Be ready for leaks

I have two of these faucets, one in my home and one in my camper and both leak water at the nozzle head. I have replaced the heads but shortly after replacement the new ones start leaking at the plastic nozzle lever on the nozzle head.

Does a good job

Purchased this item a few years back during a remodel of kitchen. Easy to install and when we had a problem with the spray head we got a free replacement to fix the problem. Faucet hose could be a little larger because water delivery is reduced but works. Soap dispencer is a little cheap because had to replace the pump units twice and the nozzle broke once.

great product

I bought this in 2007 when my husband was deployed to Iraq and it is still working great 8 years later. Looks as good today as when it was installed.

Hanover kitchen faucet

I've had this exact faucet for 5 years now it is the best I've ever had in our kitchen

awesome and convenient

I bought this 7 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. My favorite feature is the spray control where you can control the strength of the spray. It makes it easy to rinse things without getting everything wet. I do love the height of this faucet. Filling and cleaning pots is much easier. It is the perfect accessory for the kitchen.

Soap dispenser does not work

Bought this for our new house. The soap dispenser quit pumping, contacted Pfister, they sent the bottom part, installed it, within a month it was not working. We have a soap dispenser from the grocery store next to my "pretty" one that does not work.

Love the high arch

I like the style of the faucet. Nice clearance to fill taller pots. I don't care for the soap dispenser, I thought I would love it. It doesn't like thick soap, it must be very thin. No bath and body work kitchen soap, too thick, water has to be added to thin it down. Actually every brand I have tried I have to add water to thin it down. Great faucet, has lasted beyond my expectations.

Bought this faucet in 2007 and it has not given us one bit of trouble. Finish on soap dispenser started peeling. Contacted Pfister and they promptly replaced it.

Long Lasting

We purchased this faucet approximately 8 years ago. It has been working well and I like the pull down and the adjustable spray nozzle. I have recommended this to friends. I just do not know if they bought one or not. If I had to replace it for any reason I would buy another one.

I love this faucet!

I have had this faucet for eight years. I have had no problems with it. It never leaks and still looks brand new. The spray function comes in very handy, and the temperature is easy to control. the only drawback doesn't have to do with the faucet but with the soap pump. I have replaced it a couple of times and it clogs up occasionally. I am planning a new house and will most definitely have this one and other Pfister faucets in my dream home! Almost perfect!

We've had this faucet for aprox. 7-8 years, and we are very happy with it. The spray head had an issue, but the company took care of it right away, the spray hose sprung a leak after about 5 years, but again fixed with very little hassle . Overall, could not ask for anything better!

Good look, but quality needs work

Our plumber installed this faucet several years ago. After using it for a while we discovered that there was a leak inside the body of the faucet that was not repairable. Good news was the Pfister lived up to their warranty and sent a replacement faucet. Bad news was that I had to pay for another plumber visit.
