Would RecommendI purchased this set during a recent kitchen remodel. It was easy to install, looks and works great. The addition of the soap pump and bottle is very handy as well.

Would RecommendI have had mine since 2008 and still love it. I have had 2 small problems: 1. The soap dispenser stopped working - I just called customer service and they replaced the part immediately. 2. Replacing the filter is pretty easy and I have only needed to do this once. When you do, you will find the small dome cover where the handle attaches is plastic - be careful not to crack this part or it will fit loosely. It's a thin plastic - boo.

Best Purchase and Warranty Worst SprayHead
Would Not RecommendWe bought this about 3 years ago kitchen when we remodeled our kitchen. The soap dispenser came broken. After about a year the spray head started leaking out the selector. Luckily the warranty people were great. Shipped out a new head very quickly. We are now on head #4. VERY disappointed with this product. Not fun when you select to use the spray feature and your shirt gets wet!!!

Terrible Quality
Would Not RecommendThe product is an attractive design, but the quality of the product is terrible. The first one we ordered had a defective mixing valve, such that hot water would not flow through. The replacement worked in terms of hot and cold water flowing through, but the end of the faucet that attaches to the body, has excessive side-to-side wiggle, which the first one did not. When we purchased this faucet we had no idea it came with a life time warranty included with the purchase from Lowes. Now four years later when we are having issues we never thought they would take care of it, because we never registered the product and never thought to save a receipt for over four years.
