sprayer not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the look of the faucet and not Pfister to be a good make so I purchased this faucet. No issues 7 years later but now the water comes out in a trickle. Its seemed to be an ongoing issue with the faucet. I emailed customer service and will see how long they take to respond and when i get the replacement part. otherwise fairly happy with the look and function.

There really is a lifetime warranty.

I purchased this faucet in 2008 and just a little over a week ago, the head starting leaking. I called Pfister and they mailed me another one which I received received 6 days later. I watched a You Tube video of a similar pull down and quickly replaced it myself. It works like a brand new one and the new head appear to be better made. Outstanding service.

Problems with sprayer head

I have had to replace the sprayer head 3 times due to severe leakage from the button that is pushed to change from a stream to spray and leakage from the spray volume regulator on the head. Works Great and Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this faucet. Goes perfect with our white farmhouse sink. The head had a leak after a few months and they sent me a new one in like 3 days no charge. Extra kudos to Pfister. We love it !

QUALITY

Durable for 8 Years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet came in our new home and after 8 years it started leaking out of the spray adjust lever. I called PP and the was not on the phone more than 15 minutes and the representative help me identify the model and is sending a new sprayer head. It is rare to get such quality customer service. No problem, solved in one quick phone call. I'm impressed.

Excellent functionality and ease of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of pfister] The high arch allows for ample space to wash items. Also the spray head can be detached for more precise spot washing. Water flow is easy to control. Had this for a while and the finishing is great and easy to maintain.

Easy install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great faucet.very easy to install, and easy to keep clean. This was a warranty replacement unit. My 1st one had a leak on the sprayer and the finish was fading a bit after 6 years and 5 kids using it. The customer service was excellent and I had a replacement in less than a week. I'm a plumber and I haven't had better service from any manufacture.

Dripping soap dispenser

Really like everything but have had three replacement soap replacement soap dispensers and they all drip. Original one worked for quite a while and started dripping, first replacement worked good for a while but two since them drip. Would I recommend this product, yes but be aware of soap dispenser problem.

Great Product!

We did not install the soap dispenser as we use a separate automatic dispenser on the counter. A replacement spray head was shipped to us within a couple of days with great service and lifetime warranty. Thank you Pfister for a great product!

Leaks from the Quick-Connect

I've had this faucet for two years and it has started leaking from the plastic connection coupling where the black hose connects to the copper tubing/supply lines. The part has two plastic pieces a black body about 2.5 inches long and a grey plastic washer that inserts into the black body. Poor Design

We have had two or three replacement of the sprayer head because it starts leaking and spraying water where the hose connects to it, in addition the soap dispenser pump insert keeps breaking, very disappointed
