Beautiful Faucet Great Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this faucet for several years and are still enjoying it. Twice we have had to deal with small leaks but both times we were sent repair parts by Pfister that came quickly and free of charge. I love this company's customer service and warranty plans and always look for a Pfister faucet knowing they stand behind their products and will help me if I ever have a problem or a question.

great Pfister warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking pull out faucet,issues started popping up approximately 4 years into it. The spray head started to leak at the toggle button. The hose started to fray and got a replacement for both. Then the drips started just last year which Pfister sent a replacement cartridge. Outstanding kitchen faucet!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have lived in our house for over 4 years and have all Pfister products in our home. They are very dependable and we haven't had any issues at all with any of the products, even with our hard water out here in Texas. The finish is beautiful and very durable as well. Will definitely stick with Pfister for future purchases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my kitchen faucet since 2007 and still love it. The pump on the soap dispenser has had to be replaced a couple of times. But the company sent me the replacements promptly.

Pfister-Hanover Single Handle Faucet

Faucet looks great, pulls down easily for spraying, convenient soap dispenser. We've had this for several years and would recommend for style, price, quality and function.

Love the faucet...looks and function. The soap dispenser needed to be replaced after 3+ years. Pfister sent a replacement at no charge which was wonderful. Looks like others have had to replace the soap dispenser too.

I love the look and finish on this stainless steel kitchen faucet with the easy pull down nozzle! Pfister makes a great product and the warranty is second to none!

Nice Faucet but soap dispenser can be messy

Overall, it's a nice faucet. Sometimes messy to fill soap dispenser. If you overflow the dispenser, it may leak under your cabinet. Otherwise, Pfister has been good about sending replacement parts, when needed.

Nice styling but ~~~

We have had two of these. We like the styling and the features are nice, there aren't many manufacturers that have the pressure adjustment for the spray feature like Pfister does. Our first Hanover faucet required a new cartridge within 5 years. Our water there was amazingly free of sediment and mineral deposits. Even the service that tested our well was shocked by how clean and pure it was. The soap dispensers would constantly drip. If you noticed, I said dispensers, as in plural. It didn't see...

Good one handle

We have owned this faucet 7-8 years. Pfizer is great about their lifetime guarantee and each time a part has failed they have sent replacements. It helps to be handy about diy fixing. If I was paying someone to do repairs the 4 star rating would be different. We have replaced the soap dispenser twice. Also, the handle internal working mechanism and just recently the frayed hose and leaking spray head for the second time. So, you be the judge. GREAT WARRANTY.

I bought this a few years ago and it been the best we have all there faucets in our home and there just the best I have had one small problem with one and with there warranty they sent me a new one in no time thanks for being a great company!!

An excellent faucet and well worth the investment.

We have had the Hanover model faucet in our kitchen for several years now and it's truly excellent. The adjustable sprayer and high neck are perfect for our twin sink and both are exceptional when washing large pots and pans. Minor replacement parts for the sprayer attachment to the faucet neck were readily obtained from Price Pfister and easy to manage for a do-it-yourselfer. fantastic faucet

Going on close to 10 years, this faucet has exceeded expectations. The only challenge has been the soap pump, and quite honestly I regret installing it as the pump module is prone to failure. Pfister has been great however honouring the lifetime warranty.

I'have bought this in 2010 and it stil working perfectly. I'm very happy with this faucet

Love the appearance and ease of use.

I have had this faucet for 7 years. I have had 3 small problems with it. The fitting inside the unit failed and I had to replace a part. The soap dispenser had issues and now the sprayer doesn't re-connect easily (getting worn?) and it has a small leak at the sprayer. For the first two issues Pfister sent replacement parts quickly and at no cost. Have not addressed the sprayer issues with the company. I still love the looks of it and ease of use.

Great Kitchen Faucet!

I purchased this faucet 8 years ago, based on a previous Pfister product that I purchased. It is a excellent product with zero problems.

This faucet was purchased January 2010. It has exceeded my expectations. Not only that the manufacture has promptly provided replacement Spray Heads under the Pforever Warranty, which shows Pfister stands behind this product.
