Extremely Low Water Pressure!

This faucet was here when we bought our house, and we have always had super low water pressure. So low, it's hard to clean the dishes! The Spray Nozzle only works part of the time.

Disappointed

Just got this installed and am disappointed that the pressure is so low, yes even on the full setting. How could it give much pressure when the connection to the head, where it swivels, is so tiny. Had I noticed that when shopping, I never would have chosen this one. Also seems like too much effort to get the handle back up in place when finished with it. It looks good. Hanover pull down

Nearly $500 faucet, on 3rd faulty sprayer in 7 yrs

Title says it all. For nearly $500 I would expect this to be zero headache. I keep having to call pfister for new sprayers. My parents have the exact same kitchen faucet, they keep calling for replacements also. I wish the spray selector would stay on also, it clicks off when there is no water pressure but that is a minor thing.

looks great but

Great warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fauce for kitchen sink 9 years ago. It looks as good as new today and operates flawlessly. Twice, after a couple years of service, the soap pump began to drip slightly after use. A single phone call to a very nice and accommodating person at Pfister warranty service each time resulted in receiving a new pump in a few days. The last soap pump I received was an improved version that works perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better warrant...

Beautiful Faucet!

Definitely An Issue With The Spray Head

Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had numerous problems with this faucet. Pfister has sent me numerous parts including 2 or 3 spray heads. Nothing improves the pressure on this unit. They also sent me another part that I cannot possibly reach way under my sink. Lifetime warranties don't mean squat if they do not fix the problem.

high neck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 8 years ago and still love it. the only problem is the soap dispenser the spout on it broke on my first one but was replaced free of charge from Pfister. It could be made more durable as one mold instead of tacked on.

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet has a plastic washer inside the on/off-hot/cold selector handle. It floats which means that in the 10 months we have had this faucet, it moves around and blocks the rotation motion of the handle. This necessitates removing the handle, pulling the cover off and repositioning the washer. I've had to do this numerous times and can't believe Pfizer hasn't designed a better operation. Poor quality. Poor warranty backup

Great Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an issue with the on/off spray head. I called Pfister and they immediately sent a new spray head to fix the problem. This was on a faucet that was in a home that we had just purchased.
