Would RecommendI used this in numerous places throughout my yard that were eye sores ranging fro 6" in diameter to 4' wide. Easy to apply. Make sure you follow the instructions and water often. This NEEDS to stay moist to flourish. In less than 2 weeks, you will see grass, if applied correctly.

Flawed
Would Not RecommendI'm requesting a refund from Pennington. This all-in-one approach to seeding is fundamentally flawed. Half or more of the seed lands on TOP of the mulch material. It's impossible to ensure the mulch material covers the seed. The mulch material is so light that an eventual rain washed much of it away and exposed the rest of the seed. Best to stick to Old School methods and materials.

Would RecommendThis product seems adequate. Has worked well in some bare areas of lawn, but has not worked at all in other areas. All areas of my lawn have received same amount of watering, but for whatever reason seed has yet to germinate in certain patches where product was spread- in other areas it germinated quickly and grew 2-3 inches in just about 2 weeks

Would RecommendSeeded it a couple weeks ago and have 1/2" to 1" sprouts already. I was discouraged at first because the % of seed is very minimal compared to the rest of the stuff in the bad, but this stuff works great!
