Don’t give up!
Would RecommendI put down this seed over a week and a half ago and had completely given up, even returning the bag I hadn’t opened yet yesterday. But then when I went out to look again when I got home, lo and behold, there was beautiful slender, wispy grass everywhere! So please don’t give up~~it might just take a little longer than you expected!

Works great when it works
We bought our home last year and the whole yard was done with fescue sod. After the first year we notice a lot of heavy patches dying and splits or seams where the sod was laid that looked awful. I know that It has potential to work really well. I've bought about 8 35lb bags so far and prepared the spots the same through out.
