Works on wifi! No more walking from the back yard to the front yard to turn the back yard sprinklers on. Turns off sprinklers if rain is forecasted.

Didn’t Work

I liked the concept and the way the system was supposed to work. Unfortunately it didn’t work. The timer had some faulty wiring and it would not connect to the sprinkler. Took it back and am going to try a different brand.

Read the set up instructions carefully

Very good timer and easy to use once you figure it out. The instructions that come with it are not great but go to web site for better instructions.

Super Easy Installation

If I had realized how easy it was going to be to install this, I'd have done it months ago. Pulled off an old Rainbird system, followed the same zone patterning and downloaded the app to my phone. Literally 10 minutes worth of work but I thought it would be lot more effort. Programmed it to check the weather patterns and only activate when no rain was forecasted - easy as can be !

Automatic garden watering

I used this to automate a drip irrigation system in my wife's garden. The app is definitely geared towards a lawn with the questions or asks for its automatic settings, but also allows you to manually override those settings and create your own. That's what I did for my use and it's done great. Installation was easy; it relatively plug and play and the remaining setup was through the app. Overall my wife is very happy she didn't have to water the garden after installing this.

Make sure box seals aren't broken

Price point was good for this timer. First unit was dead out of the box. Exchanged for another unit and it would not connect to WiFi. Returned it and went with another brand. The store had about six of them and they were all open boxes with obvious signs of previous installations (screw scratches around mounting holes, etc.

Watering made simple

Easy to install and set up. Multi level, multi station programming from you telephone or pad, brilliant. I am glad my old timer died and needed to be replaced.

First only lasted 2 years

I bought one of these about 2 years ago. Internal problems forced me to buy another or I would of rated 5 stars. It is nice being able to manually put in for a rain delay or manually water the grass from an app on my phone. Really easy to set up programs or change your program. Automatically goes to rain delay if chances of rain are enough.

Great Smart watering app.

I like the app that works with the controller to test zones and schedule the sprinklers.
