Failed after 4 years

While I don't expect it to last forever, when it worked, it worked well. Sometime losing wifi connection and thus not telling us it wasn't watering. This time it told us NO AC, and after testing the transformer and resetting it was clear it had died. Replacing now, but skeptical to buy another of this brand.

User Friendly Interface

The phone app is awesome. Very intuitive. Beyond the normal cycles, I've had new plants or new grass I've had to water every day for a few weeks and it's super simple to set that up. Last week I got a text from my spray service letting me know there a freeze coming and to turn of my sprinkler system off for a day. I went on the B-hyve app and it had already set up a freeze delay and postponed watering for 24 hours due the the impending weather.

This is about service received from Stephen F; not the Orbit Outdoor Station. I returned approx $50.00 of sprinkler supplies not used. This equates to about 30-40 pieces of connectors and misc parts. Stephen tackled the return with the upmost professionalism and courtesy. This $50 helped fund the $140.00 Outdoor Station, so Stephen's efforts contributed to an additional Lowes sale!

Still impressed after 4 years

I bought two of these units four years ago, and continue to be impressed with them. They have been easy to program, and you can add programs for special situations (e.g. I added a Grass Seed Watering schedule for when I reseed the lawn). I love the way the b-hyve automatically checks the weather over the internet and knows when to pause watering. And I love being able to control everything from my phone. Wifi compatible and easy to install.

Easy to install and program. Really like the wifi connection for monitoring and programming.

Super-easy minimal irrigation timer

Good for 4 stations, WiFi capable, multiple programs possible, got 3 lawn valves and one shrub/tree valve set up on mine

Sprinkler box

This was easy to replace my old sprinkler box with. I was able to complete the job in less than 10 minutes.

Best thing ever

This is my third Orbit smart timer and I will never own a regular timer again. I have an acre with lots of plants and it used to be that I would have to run back and forth to my timer to check zones. Now I just walk to the zone and use my phone to start it. Plus I can do all my programming and re programming from the comforts of my couch.

Not ideal

I like this controller box it’s easy to use. I love the Wi-Fi. I love it how I could control it through my phone, but I wouldn’t recommend this control box. The biggest problem with beehive is that you can only run one zone at a time. I have four zones so when running that’s a total of four hours of run time. And if I could run two zones at one time, I have cut that down by two hours, so that’s not helping me much with electricity I have called b-have and asked if it’s possible to run two zones ...
