DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I have purchased eight of these timers and really like the ease of programming. However, I highly regret using this brand because they are not made very well. As of today, four of the eight have blown apart internally. There are two internal connections before each solenoid for the two different hose output connectors. I don't know if these are melted together or glued together, but in any case, it does not hold. There is very little meat holding the pieces together. I have had some success...

Product Doesn’t work

Out of the box it was easy to program. Only one outlet works. Customer service is automated and worthless

This unit has a FATAL flaw in design IMO

I bought this to water newly planted trees requiring an hour of water every 3rd day plus potted plants that need watering twice a day for 30 minutes because they are in full sun. You have watering schedules A,B & C available - BUT you are limited to ONE run time for each zone - regardless of schedule chosen! Want to run only zone 2 more often in schedule B - NO WAY JOSE! If you change the watering duration of B or C - it will OVERWRITE your Sch. A values. So much for flexibilty. I had a lo...

Hard to program

I have several single-output Orbit timers that work fine. This one, however, is incredibly hard to program and use. I think the combo of 2 outputs x 3 programs makes it too complex. Won't buy again.

During usage…

keep an eye on it. My battery back pops out about every 7-10 days. I’ll have to find them, reinstall them and reset the timer functions.

Works well but bnegative battery springs should have more tension to hold batteries more firmly in place.

No pressure.

I tried several different batteries, rechargeable, regular store brand, higher end store brand, duracell, and duracell optimum and they had the same result... no water pressure, barely enough to create an arc when coming out of the sprinkler. I tried a Solterra timer and that actually worked just fine.

Great Product But There's a Learning Curve

It is great if you need to water two different areas in your yard and don't want to move the hose. Being able to hook up two hoses gives you much more flexibility. The challenge is that the instructions can be confusing and it can take quite a while to set up the schedule for the two zones. I also learned that you can only run one zone at a time because you likely do not have enough water or water pressure to run two zones at the same time. Programming a nightmare

whoever designed the programming on this had no clue what they were doing. I have owned about every kind of sprinkler timer there is and this is the worst by a long long way. totally nonsensical

Doesn't function

Product looks nice but it has not turned on once. I set it up per instructions, seemed easy to set it up, but it won't turn on.

good for only two years

I purchase this orbit timer in 2019 and purchase a 2-year warranty with that. this is my 3rd year and this year it stops working when I connect water is leaking from both sides will its off .
