Effective Sprinkler Control (Most of the time)

Good programming options, although I’ve had a time or two where the valve did not open as programmed. Easy operation.

Simple to program

I got this and a different brand four zone, and one of them, I think this one, lets you go manual and not be reguired to go back after the sprinkling to return it to auto.

Decent but doesn't hold up to the Florida sun

The features are pretty good but the LCD screen doesn't last at all... possibly because of the Florida sun. Very hard, if not impossible, to read after just a few days. Otherwise it is a pretty good timer.

Works much better than the more expensive ones that I've dealt with.

Terrible Product

I now have several of these things lying around that worked just beyon the return period. They're great when they work, but do not last.

Great dual port product!

The duel ports work great and allow me to water two sections at different times. It’s like having two programmed faucets in one

2 out of 3 worked

I purchased 3 of these units instead of installing a full blown irrigation system I run drip lines off all of them on different areas of my property. It's now been approximately 8 months. 2 are still working. The third one stopped working. I replaced the batteries on the one unit thinking that might be the issue because there was no display showing. The display came back on, so I reprogrammed the time and thought I was out of the woods. Checked on my hanging plants about a week later an...

Doesn’t seem to shut off properly.

The timer works but it seems that the valves don’t shut completely. I run a soaker hose on station 1 and a traditional sprinkler on station 2. Station 1 for 2 hrs/ day and station 2 immediately after for 30 minutes. Once station 2 shuts off, station 1 comes back on when it shouldn’t and then just runs all day.

Lasted about 3 months

Installed in May 2022, started failing late July/early August 2022. I used a single output Orbit timer for 2 years with no issues, so felt confident purchasing this dual output Orbit from Lowes; however, I have been very disappointed with it’s performance.

bought 2 both failed

I purchased 1 on the spring got it set up for two sprinklers to come on early of a morning. I noticed that each sprinkler ran once and the ran an additional time. Returned timer and got another one, set the new timer up just like the first and quickly found that the timer would only activate one sprinkler but it did run twice. will look for a different brand

very straight forward. I hooked it up & it works as advertised. All the connections were sound and did not leak. I had to read the instructions for manual water on second port a few times, but when following it step by step it works as it should.

Didn't last but 2 weeks

Bought this product on July 13, 2022. I loved it. It was great. I also had a one port and a three port because I have a fairly large backyard. This product became sluggish on the 3rd or 4th day and stopped working completely yesterday. Taking back to the store and will not repurchase an orbit product. My other two timers are also orbit, so fingers crossed that I will get a little bit more time out of them. When they work, they are awesome.

It was not easy to program like the previous versin.
