Wow! Really good!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Peach Butcher Paper for the first time when I smoked a brisket and was so impressed! I really think the paper provided a moister and more smokey favor to the meat. I had honestly thought it was just a fad but having smoked with both tin foil and now the paper, I'm a convert. It's easy to use to wrap the meat as well. It's paper for me going forward!

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This peach butcher paper is perfect to add some different t flavoring to your meat while you are using your smoker. Wrap the meat in it or just lay it on top and allow the meat to smoke in goodness! Yum!

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this paper so much better than using foil while smoking briskets, ribs etc. Not taking into account the health risks of tin foil while smoking as that seems to be a heavily debated issue, I look at it as it is not worth the risk to my family. I used it to smoke a 1/2 brisket, the day I received it, and I have to say I was surprised at the results! The flavor was better, it was more tender. Great for brisket
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted to try wrapping my brisket in butcher paper instead of foil and so I finally got some. I must say it comes out so much better with the butcher paper. My brisket came out moist and the bark was better preserved compared to when I use foil. There definitely is a difference between the two. I am planning on trying pork ribs and wrapping it I’m butcher paper instead of foil. Really happy about this product!

Would RecommendIt will take you juste one cook to say goodbye to foil in the smoker! This is a really better option! Doesn't burn your meat, great bark result, keeps precious cooking juice inside and it looks cool!!

Oklahoma Joe's Butcher Paper
Just picked one up today through the curbside service they are offering(because of Covid-19) and well apparently the butcher paper has a peach flavor to it. Didn't bother to return it since I need it asap. So im going to give it a go using it with my smoked brisket and ribs. I'll come back and let yall know about the peach flavor. Giving it five stars because service was fast and easy. Like i said, i'll come back and edit.
Makes awesome brisket and pulled pork!
Would RecommendI've been using this for a little while now and have had great results on brisket and pulled pork. I did a smoked chuck roast last weekend and that came out great as well. The paper seems to help keep the meat moist, but it also absorbs some moisture so the bark stays in good shape and the meat doesn't get soggy. When my current roll runs out, I'll definitely be grabbing another.

Would RecommendI have used it to wrap boston butt, brisket and also ribs and have had no issues. Has a cool print on it and so used it as a liner on a plate to serve finished barbecue.
