Awesome Espresso

I have been asking my husband 4 this 4 🎄. But he got it 4 me early. I love my Ninja Espresso machine. I have used it everyday and will continue 2 use it. The price was fair and it is well built. I have no issues with it since I have been blessed 2 have it. I want 2 thank Ninja 4 a great machine. I also want 2 thank my amazing husband who wanted 2 give it 2 me B4 Christmas.

This is better than any espresso maker I've owned!

Excellent coffee (and hot chocolate)!

I have owned the machine for 6 weeks, and highly recommend it. Easy to operate, and a great balance between automation and individual control. It replaced a DeLonghi Magnifica, and using the same beans, all coffees taste better. Looks good on the counter, too! I would buy again (but hopefully won't need to for several years).

Can't turn the portafilter

The machine is beautiful and I am still excited to use it! BUT, I cannot turn the portafilter. I mean CAN NOT. I was giving it all I had, afraid I was about to break the whole machine! The video said there would be some resistance.. Okay, right. Understood. I workout and am not frail by any means. There is something definitely wrong here.

Best latte ever

I’ve read the bad comments and has to be competitors wright these things lol. I’ve had mine for a week and makes one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. During thanksgiving I had to have made 20 for my family members and they also loved it. I have 2 family members now joining the club. Go Ninja! Thanks for a great latte. BC

Water excess warning

6 months ago. Everything ok, except the red thing that warns of excess water. It doesn't rise and it wets everything.

Addicting!

This machine is addicting! I find myself sitting at work waiting patiently to go home to make a coffee! My husband and I have had it for 2 weeks and we absolutely love it. We have tried the espresso and cold-pressed features so far. The machine does an excellent job at letting us know exactly what grind size to set. The frother is amazing, I make cold-foam for all of my iced lattes. Best investment ever! It is also so pretty to look at!

New at it but happy so far.

We’ve only had it a week or so but it has really upgraded our morning coffee. It’s a little more of a process than a k cup but so worth it. There are some variations we’lll try this weekend like cappuccino and lattes. It does not take up as much counter space as I anticipated which is good. The water reservoir is in the back so you can’t see how much water you have but the machine signals you when you need to add water or coffee beans. Perfect Machine is Perfect

Amazing espresso machine that takes ALL the guess work out of espresso. I love not having to dial in the grind or dose or even have to babysit the milk while it froths. Makes a perfect cup every single time. I've had this machine for over a year and I use it every day (sometimes multiple times a day). Easy to use

I love this machine. I have never used an espresso machine before and this one was a great one to start out with. So easy to use. Once my bean of choice was dialed in, it is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Love this machine

I bought this in early October (so about six weeks ago) and it's a fun machine to use. It makes great coffee, easily, and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. And, we've owned both the Breville and DeLonghi before.

Ninja coffee maker

Shark makes all of their products “user friendly”. They never drop the ball. I get up and everybody that stayed the night has their order next to the machine. So easy!!

Just buy it. The machine appears a bit intimidating out of the box but it truly is easy to operate and makes all your favorite espresso drinks plus regular coffee all with a touch of a button! You will not be disappointed.

Versatile and great coffee

I now own two of these machines at two different locations. They make consistently good coffee, whether single cup, espresso or latee/ capuchino etc. Very easy to use after spending a little time getting acquainted. Negative comments from other reviews may possibly be due to water quality difference and bean selection. Color is Misrepresented in Website Photos

I'd like to start this off with saying I have not yet actually used the machine. This review is solely based on the appearance. I got this unit in the color trace blue. The pictures on the website show a muted light grey with a slight blue hue. I thought it was very pretty. But when I received the unit, the color was so different from the pictures that I thought I received the wrong color. It was more of a sparkly dark grey. Bitter tasting

Bitter. I want to like this machine but nothing I made has a good taste. Did a zoom call for over an hour and still not great. We went through almost an entire bag of beans trying to troubleshoot it. I have tried three different brand of beans.
