Really easy to operate

I bought this to replace a machine that quit on me and I like it.

5/5! The best coffee at home! It was an investment but kicking an expensive coffee shop habit is worth it! Grabbed some Lavazza super crema and it’s coffee shop quality at home!

Design flaw

I love the product except it has a basic design flaw which drives me crazy. You hVe it empty the water bin after each use and the overflow tray at the bottom. If not the water will co tinue to drip even after use and machine off and will overflow all over the counter top and floor of the kitchen.

I'm a lifetime fan of this expresso machine!

My kids purchased this for me and i thought i'd never use it, boy was i mistaken lol I absolutely love this machine and can't stop recommending it to my family and friends. Great product works flawlessly and ease of use. I'm 65 and I brew everyday.

Best Purchase

I love my machine. So easy to use. My husband is not a coffee drinker and he now asks me to make him a latte on the weekends. Would recommend.

Amazing machine!

We couldn't be happier with this purchase! We love coffee in all forms and this does it all really well. It's so nice to have freshly ground beans for our morning coffees, espressos and lattes. It's easy to use and clean. We use it everyday and absolutely love it.

Ninja LuxeCafe Premier Warranty

We purchased in June 2025. Have had intermittent problems with frother. It finally stopped working. Called warranty. Shared several videos with them. They made the decision that we had to send the machine back to be repaired. I asked if a loaner replacement would be shipped overnight for us to use since we would be without our machine for 2-3 weeks. I was told it's 'unfortunate ' and no they don't. I asked if I was going to be compensated for a lower cost machine I now have to buy so...

Love my machine

I absolutely love my machine. Easy to use and clean only thing that I’m not a fan of is how hard it is to get the grind right and to keep it consistent. But it’s been a very pleasant experience with my machine and I use it 2-3 times a day because it’s so addictive.

Great features

I bought this item 1 months ago and overall its good. Did hope for hotter coffee and milk. Would be great to consider this for future machines will offer hotter coffee and milk. As i did read more posts on the temperature and the option for one espresso shot.

This is such a great espresso and coffee maker. So easy to use and easy to clean. Great purchase for anyone wanting to start and learn how to make different coffee drinks.

I believe this unit is decent but not worth the money they ask…I had to replace my first machine within a month of owning due to malfunction so the warranty replacement showed up recently seems to be working fine but the puck this unit comes with is not great, water collects in the puck and does not drain properly into mug, I would recommend getting a better puck for this machine If you purchase… overall I would give this unit a 7.5 out of 10.

The Best Espresso Machine

Truly the best purchase I have made. I was a frequent coffee shop visitor and haven't gone since I got this espresso machine. I was slightly nervous about operating the machine, but the guided steps and videos made it so simple. It makes the best iced lattes. The cleanup is super easy.

I'm no coffee expert, but this thing is incredible

Okay, so I am by no stretch of the imagination a coffee/espresso professional. I had an old drip machine, I replaced that with a K Cafe some years back, and received the Luxe Cafe Premier for Christmas, so my coffee experience is limited to say the best.
