Not user friendly

Not user friendly. Takes 20 mins to make a cappuccino. By the time you clean around the machine and the milk frother, the drink would be cold. Additionally, the machine wastes so much water for no reason. Requires about 1.5 L every other day just after making two double espressos each day. Water starts leaking around the machine. Wanted to love it but honestly was so disappointed. Will be returning.

Useless barista assist

The barista assist is useless. It guesses the grind size and changes no matter how many test brews you try to see what it recommends.

Great Coffee Maker, but Milk Warmer Needs Improvement I love hot macchiato, and that’s why I decided to buy this Ninja coffee maker. The coffee itself tastes great and the machine is easy to use. However, the milk warmer doesn’t heat the milk enough—I often have to finish warming it in the microwave, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a nice coffee maker, but I wish the milk warming function worked better for those of us who enjoy extra hot drinks.

Get this!

This Ninja Luxe machine makes excellent coffee and lattes. I look forward to using it every morning (and most afternoons). The interface is intuitive and the process of making a latte enjoyable. (I do run a water only cycle first to warm up the machine on chilly mornings…makes a big difference to the temperature of my drink.) I love having storage on the sides to keep everything tidy. Espresso excellence

I love my espresso machine. I get to have my coffee made the way I like it and I don’t have to leave home to get it. I do not like the frother part though. It doesn’t steam the milk so that function is not a value for me.

Don’t Get Rid of Your Old Coffee Machine

The frother stopped working. We went through the warranty process and sent our unit back to be repaired. After a week with no coffee machine we received the same unit with the same problem. Now we are being asked to send it back again before receiving a replacement. Warranty process is inefficient and a massive inconvenience.

Great Machine

I absolutely love how this machine works and fits my kitchen aesthetic. Mostly just love that I can make cold brew and iced coffee with cold foam every morning or my husband can make his hot cup of coffee with right after. it does SO much - you don't have to have much / any skill. Truly worth every penny for the quality of coffee I get compared to the Breville I was using that I never knew how to dial in.

Tasty treats

I’ve used this a bunch since I got it in the mail. Love the espressos and the frothing systems. Easy to use and makes delicious hot and cold beverages. It was a little hard to figure out the manual frothing but once I did it worked like a charm. I have had this machine for almost 2 months now and I can't rave about it enough! I love this machine so much. It makes morning coffees so easy, and honestly they taste better than coffee shops!

Honest review after really using the product.

I purchased this espresso machine about 10 mos ago. Could not be happier. I love that it has onboard compartments for the accessories. Nothing laying around the kitchen. All the nessary parts are metal, solid which is refreshing. I did learn after reading one review not to force the plastic grinding cuff into the holder, just turn it with a slight push and it pops in. Pushing it will cause it to break. Not horrible

Wasteful and not consistent, always a mound of ground coffee that falls out after the machine is in brew mode. I do recommended grinds and it’s never consistent.

Love it!

We are so happy with this purchase. Very easy to use. Great coffee, espresso, latte…. Compliments to the design engineers. Our countertop never has water on it as others have mentioned.

Disappointed

I really wanted to love this machine, but unfortunately, it’s been a huge disappointment. One of the biggest issues is the milk system—it doesn’t heat the milk properly. Every time I want a latte or cappuccino, I have to microwave the milk separately, which defeats the whole purpose of having an all-in-one espresso maker. On top of that, the espresso shot is very inconsistent. I use a shot glass to measure and have tried multiple techniques, but I never get a full 2oz pour. It’s always around 1...

There's always water on my counter. The water gauge wont even be up to orange and my counter will have water on it.

Ninja Espresso is the Best

Coffee lovers dream

Purchased this just over a month ago! I LOVE IT! Has great features and makes great coffee, the one thing I wish was different is the funnel it’s lightweight, wish it was stainless. But other than that this machine is great! I’m sure it will pay for itself in a few months because I haven’t purchased coffee but once since I got it!! This is definitely a Coffee Lovers Dream Machine!
